Sancho's in Thanet

Terrible customer service ordered a munch bo with 2 extra pittas, only received 1 phoned to enquire about this was told they would send another, nearly an hour later I received phone call to say driver outside went out in the pooring rain and saw the driver drive away phoned to complain and the response i received from the manager was appalling stating that it is only a pitta bread so it doesn't matter! He then proceeded to hang up on me safe to say I won't be ordering from them again!!!

Be cautious using the app for Sanchos they offer a discount for using the app but it has issues that will not complete transactions leaving you out of pocket for a few days in pending transactions and with out food. Staff un willing to help to resolve.

1st time order from here and I was very happy burger tasted very good and although the done meat was slightly over cooked it added a whole new flavour to it the chips were nice and soft all my food was hot on delivery and it came 30 mins earlier than expected my only complaint is there was too many chips just couldn't eat them all ....Will definitely go back for more thank you

Simply the best kebab we have ever had! Very generous portions, the food was piping hot and very tasty! Didn't even have to wait long for the delivery and all staff friendly! Keep up the good work guys we shall be back:)

Absolutely awesome kebabs and burgers. Our son loved the kids chicken. 10/10 all round.

They need to understand their just eat orders better.

Messed up the time of the order then messed up the order at the correct delivery time. Called them and the staff were rude and incompetent and refused to resolve the situation leaving us having to go elsewhere and out of pocket due to their inability to read an order correctly. Staff need training and to learn to read orders properly. On the plus side, the delivery guy was lovely.

I would give 0 stars if i could. I ordered online for collection and got denied by email for the order with refund process in 7-10 working days. If you have problem with the restaurnt, do not process the order and paymemy if you cannot take it. Very disappointed!

Would put 0 stars if I could!!! Forgot my salad and it turned up half an hour after letting them know. Delivery man was rude. Doner meat was full of nasty peices and when I called I was told it's because this time of year the lambs are not nice little lambs anymore, now they are old!!!!! No it's bone or something nasty that shouldn't be there. Very rude again on the phone

First time ordering it- food took 85 mins, chips were obviously re-heated because they were like cardboard. Got told chicken was nice but when I ordered pizza specifically with certain toppings they decide to put chi ease chicken and half a pot of cumin on it by the Taste of it. Will be ordering from somewhere else. Good prices though.Would say put a put sauce in pizza box.
