What a find! Our dog was welcomed, I am vegan, my wife is gluten free, both very happy. Vegan doner chip box was delicious. Thank you!

We were visiting for the weekend and wanted to find somewhere that did vegan fish and chips. Shakey Shakeys' tofish and chips was absolutely spectacular. Delicious - especially if you're not a fan of banana blossom. The staff were so friendly and kind they made us feel right at home. 100% recommend for anyone looking for a vegan alternative. Will definitely come back if we're in the area again! Will be thinking about this all day on our journey home ✨

Probably the Friendliest Chippy I've ever been to - and Gluten Free too. Some places I've been to, you order 1 size larger off the menu to get a portion the size you require. Not here. You order a Medium chips and in most places that would be a Large. A Large cod would be Extra Large.And as for friendliness - we were asked what allergies we had, then a carton of chips arrived, flavoured with a homemade sauce and vinegar. Lovely. Then when we'd finished a sample of deep fried oreos in batter arrived - lovely!The gluten free fish batter was a family recipe, apparently a signature dish in Ramsgate for over 15 years. Made a lovely change.A great experience. I cannot recommend this place higher. Long may it continue. It deserves your custom - Vegans and Wheat eaters also catered for.

Superb fish & chips. Very large portions. The food is freshly cooked. The customer service is spot on. This place is highly recommended!

This is an amazing fish and chip shop, very fresh fish so tasty, they can even name the boat the catch came from! When I visited it is cash only, no cards taken for payment, The staff are so friendly it's a very clean, family run chip shop, you must try instead of salt, try secret family shake on your chips yummy!. The food is great and also value for money. Don't go home from your holidays without trying it, it's too good to miss !!

Fantastic food and fantastic people! The vegan menu is unmatched. Staff are incredibly friendly and outgoing and the food is exceptional! I highly recommend the Vegan Doner Wraps and Beyond Burgers! Nothing but great things to say about Shakey Shakey. Just had it for dinner tonight and already looking forward to my next as I work my way through the huge menu! 5 stars all day long!

One of the best fish and chips I've had. Freshly cooked to order with a selection of fish choices. The place is welcoming and the staff are very helpful. Pet friendly too. They let us try their homemade tartar sauce and it's lovely and creamy. Worth the walk from the beach. Will definitely visit again.

Can't praise them enough! Great food, amazing family behind it. We've been going to them for 7 years and have never had a bad experience.Their portion sizes are massive, which makes it great for value.They have a massive range of both vegan, and gluten free.Having coeliacs in my family, its nice to find somewhere where they make food at the same standard, and that we know is safe for us to have.

5* Rating all day long! I would give more stars if I could!I live in London, and only came to the area to visit my aunt that lives near here. My cousin was telling me about this place, and honestly speaking, I didn’t think it would be this good. Normally when someone speaks highly of a food place it tends to disappoint. But Shakey Shakey made my taste buds do the Shakey Shakey and break dance! The food was absolutely amazing. Shakey Shakey is their special ingredient that they put over the food which Shakes you out of this world!The place was very well kept, clean and abiding by the government guidelines and regulations. Customer service was great too. I will definately visit again when I come back!
