Food was meant to take an hour and a half and after 2 hours I called to be told it would be 15 minutes. 25 minutes later the food still wasn’t here. Just don’t bother. I wish I’d looked this place up more before I ordered because this doesn’t seem to be the first time.

Bloody awful! At 1845 we tried to add something to the order to be told it had left. 30 minutes later I rang them to find out where it was to be told its just left again. I said that they said that 30/40 mins ago, "well we're busy" the chap said.....we live 6 minutes down the road!!!! It finally arrived over an hour after they said it had left, so quite clearly they were lying to us. They obviously just couldn't be bothered to update our order and just kept fobbing us off. The chow mein was really greasy and awful. Terrible service. No apology or anything. Would never use again, (the next morning we've been poorly)

I spoke with them yesterday to check the vegetarian spring rolls. The person was very patient & understanding. The food came quickly & I really enjoyed it

This place has gotten infinitely better since new management took it over about 3 months ago.The new head chef is restaurant trained so all the food tastes amazing and authentic, and not too greasy or salty like some other Chinese takeaways. We got Singapore fried noodles, special fried rice, house special chow mein, sweet and sour prawns, sweet and sour pork, crispy chilli beef, salt and chilli chips, and banana fritters for dessert and honestly, it was all delicious. Generous portions and reasonably priced. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends. A great way to end a lovely day in Ramsgate.

We are spoilt with 2 Chinese takeaway restaurants in our small village. I've always used Sin Le and found the food to be excellent each time.

Delivery took 2 1/2 hours, way beyond the delivery timing advised. I'd started cooking pasta for our starving children when their driver nonchalantly arrived. Food was as good as cold. The portions were modest and taste was at the lower end of the expectation spectrum. Basically trialling this option as my local Chinese was closed was a 360- degree disaster.

Food arrived 45 minutes late and was cold (when I say cold I mean like it had been cooked about an hour previous). We drove it back to the restaurant (defeats the object of the £1.50 delivery charge). Complained to the lady that the food was cold and was told be should have microwaved it. When asked if we would like the Food freshly cooked in 10 minutes i was slightly apprehensive as the Food should take longer then that to cook. I agreed. got home with it and the previous cold food I had returned had been warmed up (microwaved). Would never ever use this Chinese again as its clear they like a chicken ding. Oh and just to add insult to injury the food was bland tasteless and by no means rank. Steer clear guys

First time we have tried this place and we'll not be ordering from here again. Placed a large order for the family. Spent a lot of money. Almost all the food was flavourless. Very disappointing. Didn't even throw in some prawn crackers. Considering how much we spent on the order that was surprising.only positive was the prawns were good. Advice, if your usual favourite place is closed currently, definitely don't settle for this. If you have time on your hands during the lockdown, grab that cook book off the shelf or try online recipes and make your own. Probably be better than the food from here and you'll save some money.

Ordered a simple last minute meal at 8.45 pm, sweet and sour prawn balls, special fried rice, and 2 pancake rolls, drove 10 minutes home to find truly unappealing, greasy, at least double fried dark brown pancake rolls, soggy prawn balls and claggy rice. All for £15.. this take away used to prepare great food, what's gone wrong !!

Thought I'd give this a go. I have never written a review and I certainly dont write a negative one lightly. This delivery was over half hour late(fair enough given the circumstances) it was cold, flavourless and even the dogs turned their noses up at it. What a waste of hard earned money and a birthday treat for my daughter. Yuk!
