First time from here and will be last time food cold chips were burnt to a crisp not great

My favourite takeaway in Margate always fresh and hot and plenty of it

Good food as always. The only downside is the staff are always miserable. A smile goes a long way.

Ordered food. Said it would deliver within an hour from the ordering time. Received after 2 and a half hours. When called said they're putting it together to deliver. Said it twice within an hour.Food had been reheated and not proper fresh. Also the prawn balls were very hard and crunchy.Won't be ordering from here again. Disappointed as ordered for the first time from here and saw a lot of good reviews.Order at your own risk.

5 star food every single time that we order. Each dish is unique and the flavours don’t all just taste the same. The portions are abig size. The house special rice is amazing, everything we have had has been really flavoursome and there has been nothing bad or dry.

Out of 3 staff in the kitchen and two delivery drivers not a single mask was to be seen.Its not our usual Chinese and we won't order again my partners chow me in was manageable. He didn't enjoy it and my chicken balls were the worst I've had. Won't use them again. Not exactly friendly either

As bad as bad can get. Over a 2h30 hour wait time to not even receive anything!No communication from the restaurant. I would give this place a zero. Unfortunately by default, you get a 1.Make shift, back yard operation.Save your money and buy somewhere else.

Second time ordered from here. Super delicious food with affordable price. Friendly lovely customer service. Best Chinese food in Margate. I tried another Chinese food in a big restaurant but this is way much better. I would highly recommend South Garden and I’ll be a regular customer :) Thank you so much for the lovely food x

Terrible! I called in and asked for delivery, and they told me, it'll be an hour and 10 mins until they get to me. Fine I said, waited for the hour and ten mins to past and I was STILL WAITING!! Called again and got told next ten minutes, yet, had to wait another half an hour !! Tried to call and cancel, 3 times, but the phone was engaged or they put the phone on the counter (I could hear people ordering in shop) and never answered me! Food finally comes and it's COLD and DISGUSTING!! Wasn't given any money back or nothing, even when I asked! And NO Apology, "It was very busy, very busy!" was all the take-away own delivery man would say ! Terrible food and even worst service!! RUBBISH!! DO NOT GO THERE! (Wouldn't of given them a star- but it wouldn't post it otherwise!)
