We had a fantastic time at spice fusion last night. the food was really great, the staff were friendly but not pushy. we'll definitely be back, hopefully very soon. we ate in the restaurant, everything was freshly prepared, and delicious. as they dont have a license, we bought beer and wine from asda which is very close .we didn't have to wait too long, although they were very busy with takeaway orders.

Ordered a takeaway from here Friday night, when food turned up half of it was cold or damaged. I rung up to complain which I received no apology but for them to deny it and cook me a fresh one anyway. I left it at that until I opened the naan and found a long black hair. I rung back up and they then said they wouldn’t make no mistake and was all good on their end with still no apology. So after them calling me a liar i went in to the restaurant with the food asking for my money back because I was put off the food to which the head chef took the naan out trying to find the hair. I explained to him I’m not gonna try and keep hold of the hair and I don’t appreciate being called a liar so would like my money back. They still refused and kept saying they would do me a fresh one but who wants another meal made for them after finding a hair. The head chef even grabbed me at some point to which I did become aggressive because how can 3 people run a business with absolutely no compassion for the customer. After ten minutes of arguing they finally gave me my money back with still no apology or good will gesture. Avoid this place at all costs.

I ordered my meal online and paid for it for New Years Eve, but was told they couldn’t find the order, and to complain to the web page.

Poor eat in service, waited 10 mins to be seated. was then seated at a table that had a dirty plate on it. Food was slow arriving and has no alcoholic drinks. Only plus was the food was good.

This is the worst experience I've ever had from a takeaway of any description, and if I could have given zero stars I would have.1. We waited over 2 hours for delivery.2. When it finally arrived, one of the meals was missing.3. I called to have the missing dish delivered and was told it would be with us in 10 minutes, which was a lie as when I called back half an hour they said the food wasn't coming as they didn't have a driver. So I asked for a refund, which they said I'd have to call back to sort out.4. The food we did have was terrible. 2 dishes in particular were inedible (and that's coming from my husband who absolutely loves Indian food).5. I have called back and left messages on several occasions since then and have been lied to repeatedly, saying the manager wasn't around and there was nothing they could do. I find it hard to believe that I can't even be refunded for a meal we didn't even receive. So almost 1 month on and I still haven't had my refund. So beware if you order from them, your food will likely take ages to arrive, if it arrives at all. If you do receive what you ordered you probably wouldn't want to order it again. And if they do mess up like they did with us, expect to be fobbed off and don't bank on getting your refund.VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER!

We booked a table for Valentines evening. We knew they weren't going to be busy with bookings because they didn't even ask what time we wanted. We were seated after a few minutes wait while the waiter took telephone orders. We were handed menus and waited. We were asked if we wanted poppadums and waited. The phone kept ringing and ringing with telephone orders and we kept being ignored. After 25 minutes with only the menu we got up and walked out . We know the food to be good here but you're either running a restaurant or take away. They should stick takeaway. Shocking service

First time eating here. We ordered a selection of dishes and all seem to go down fairly well.Pros: BYB will always make the bill smaller. Wide selection of dishes -veggie, pescatarian etcCons: the place priority is their ”take away” service so be prepare to wait for your meals. Service was erratic.

Ordered through just eat. Only complaint is that we requested food for 715pm. They then confirmed delivery time to be 745pm, which was disappointing but we adjusted our plans to suit. Very surprised that they turned up at 645pm. Luckily we were in, but if we had not been in what then,?Food was good, warm on arrival, tasty and decent portion sizes apart from rice a bit small

4 of us have just had a wonderful meal at spice fusion. We tried it for the first time on their 4 course special offer in Thursday and Sunday. . Wow it was fantastic. And under £50.00 for 4 of us... . Highly recommend you try it and the service was wonderful. Take your own drinks which makes it just the best value for money ever. Treat yourself and give it a go.
