Subway in Thanet

As soon as I asked for a Gluten free roll the man serving cleaned the area, changed gloves, informed the other servers to wait until he was finished and ensured there was minimal cross contamination. I wish all other Subways were this good and I will definitely be going back there. Well done ✔️

The two servers behind the counter made me feel very welcomed. The pair had me in histreics the whole time and would highly recommend going there.

When I walked in and told the staff that I was quite deaf they were very understanding, helpful, polite and patient and I will be going back very soon.

Very little stock left had very little choice of breads and fillings. Helpful lad served me though to cobble something together.

Good food staff were a bit short with customers though

These guys are wonderful place an order for subway platters for 2 days each day fresh and well presented good job

You're normal subway but the staff in Broadstairs are brilliant and so helpful and we were able to have a really good giggle with them.

The gentleman was friendly, a bit tired and distracted, but I was happy with his service. I gave 4 stars because the place is too small for customers. It would have been nice to have a couple of tables outside, or at least some chairs where you can sit.

This was the 4th time we had our order bodged up.My husband went in to order 3 sandwiches, one of which was missing lettuce which was ordered however, I was returning from hospital admission and really wanted a subway only to find that the tuna was missing from the sandwich.When I called the store there was no help from the staff other than they were busy. I wouldn't recommend using this store at all!
