Absolutely one of the best little places in the area. Lots of GF and vegan options, everything delicious and reasonably priced. Staff are so sweet and friendly!

Absolutely amazing staff and the cutest venue. The food and drinks were a real let down if I’m being honest and the price absolutely isn’t justified. The iced tea had no flavour and the eggs in the shakshuka were painfully overdone. Such a shame, we really wanted to love this place!

Where do I start. What an amazing place and what a kind hearted owner Carolina is. After letting the local community of West Norwood know about the sad death of local celebrity Jessi Veronica Morgan and of a memorial/ celebration of life that I was helping to arrange with his best friend Elaine and Fr John from St John the Evangelist. Carolina immediately messaged to say she couldn’t come as she was away but would like to donate some cakes to be enjoyed by the congregation after the service. When I collected her generous donation I was blown away when I was presented with 3 large boxes of the most delicious homemade brownies and banana cake ❤️. The staff were so kind and friendly and despite it being a busy Saturday morning, they took the time to talk to me about Jessi who was often seen at the West Norwood Library situated opposite the cafe.Having read about their coffee on the website I had to buy a cup. OMG it really is the most beautiful blend. ☕️ I am now smitten and will be back to raise a cup to Jessi 🌺👠.I sadly didn’t take a photo of their amazing cakes and there was definitely none left by the end of the event. If you see out of the corner of your eye a pair of long amazing legs cycling past you in a tutu and sky high heels - that will be the spirit of Jessi 👠 🚲🌺🙏🏼.Don’t hesitate you must visit Sweet Carolina Kitchen and Bar in West Norwood. Lovely vegetarian cafe - staff were super friendly and the food was excellent. Had a nice cheese and tomato croissant, but I'll definitely be back for the granola some time!

Asked for another plain macchiato and slice of banana bread at typical café. Was I ever so wrong! Great service and the attention to detail. This place is on another level! Try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

The BEST coffee around by a country mile, located on West Norwood high street ✅The food dish included Avocado, salmon and egg in a bun literally the best thing, fresh and well made. Black beans side dish and a tasty side salad for good measures. Friendly staff, helpful and a good place to sit inside or out. Great on a Sunday as the market is on the opposite side.When spending time there they offer using the WiFi for free as a nice spot to also carry out some work items or meeting a friend or with a loved one.The choice of cakes and other delights looked impressive too. Just visited Sweet Carolina kitchen & Bar for the cheese boards menu with wines. Lovely selection of cheeses presented on a board with membrillo, San mariano tomatoes jam and nuts. Served with fresh bread and crackers, we had a glass of a very good Italina chardonnay and we finished with a cheese cakes and a lemon tarte made by one of the manager. Highly recommended.

I hosted a networking group yesterday at Sweet Carolina, we are Self Employed Club if anyone would like to join us next time (Feb 25th 10-12) I was delighted with the range of delicious cakes available, the wonderful strong coffee, beautiful space, and kind service of our host. Would highly recommend this place to anyone, and especially freelancers looking for somewhere lovely to work during the day

I came here in 2 occasions, breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was so delicious, the best beans I had in London and the whole thing was great, the bread was fresh and the the veggies cake was super tasty as well. The coffee was nice and the service very good.Dinner time we had a glass of wine and a couple of tapas, the portions were quite small but very tasty. I will come back for sure.
