Tesco Cafe in Thanet

Coffee is ok on a good day, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend eating here🙃Have ordered a few things at different times, and every time it wasn’t good. Cold/slimy/burnt etc.Barista wears false nails and jewellery, and the aprons are worn on breaks? Not brilliant😬

We waited over an hour for our food. We asked after about 40 mins and they said it was on its way. After an hour they said they had messed up and someone was putting the orders in the kitchen the wrong way round so the newest were getting done first and oldest were getting left.The manager gave us a refund as we had to wait so long then when the food came out after about 70 mins the waiting staff said that we shouldn't have it as we had a refund and we had to explain that the refund was a gesture of good will due to how long we waited.I had ordered the fish goujon wrap. It tasted nice but it was just a wrap on a plate, nothing else with it. No side salad, not a few crisps or chips. It was just a disappointing experience all round. I won't eat here again.

The food and coffee is amazing. The brunches is what I usually visit for. The offers and prices really give it all a nice twist. Love, love, love this place.

A good cup of coffee, can't say the same about the music...

I am absolutely disgusted with the service here the staff were miserable as sin messed up order was rude when asking about the kids meal we were waiting on just generally obnoxious and we paid around the 45 quid mark for all of that
