Omg this is the best Thai restaurant I've ever been to Mike took our order and was very attentive to everyone the food was brilliant price excellent the place was full even on a weds evening will definitely be back

Wow, fantastic food and service and on a warm summer's evening book a an outside table overlooking Ramsgates Gorgeous Working Royal Harbour .Ramsgate is the only harbour in the UK granted Royal Status, stunning.

Having eaten at many Thai restaurants in the UK and Thailand was a little disappointed with our meal which, whilst tasty, didn’t deliver that something special. Had the mix starters and two curries with rice and noodles. Rice portions always too big and hate to see food being wasted.

Great experience overall. They've managed to sort us out with a last minute booking as the restaurant where we were supposed to eat cancelled all bookings a day before.We had a great table with a lovely harbour view.The staff was very friendly and nice.Food was amazing, great flavours and more that reasonable size dishes at affordable prices.Waiting time was a bit long but the restaurant was full so that was understandable.

First time I have tried thai food and was there as my partner wanted to try it. As a first experience it was great. Food was excellent, staff were excellent and overall experience was also, excellent. Can't wait to go back again.

Best Thai food out of Thailand, staff are very friendly and great views overlooking harbour. I had originally called for takeaway but the man on the phone politely explained they cannot do takeaway at that time as they have a small kitchen and the restaurant was busy so needed to focus on customers sitting down, which is understandable so I booked table for another night instead. Had mixed starters, chicken Panang and seafood hotplate with egg fried rice- all dishes were delicious! Will definitely be back soon.

We visited the Thai Orchid twice over a long bank holiday weekend in Ramsgate and it was fantastic. Michael the owner fitted us in on a Thursday and Saturday night and he really could not do enough to make our visit fantastic. The food was excellent.. Red Thai curry with Prawns extra hot with coconut rice was the big favourite and pad Thai noodles. The staff and service made the overall experience fantastic... and it was great to have genuine Chang beer again ....

Spring roll and green curry was good. It will be really nice if take away service can be made available.

Cant fault the food and owners really friendly. Could do with a overhall. Very outdated. Toilet needs redoing.
