Thanet Indoor Bowls Centre Restaurant in Thanet

Went for sunday roast. The lady, who I assume was the manager, was so rude. She was unapproachable and as she served the food, looked like she didn't want to be there. It turned out I didn't want to be there either. She was completely unhelpful and dismissive upon being asked about the availability of food for particular dietary requirements, consequently I paid for a course that was not available for me to eat. Obviously I, and two other family members, will not be going back to receive that type of experience again.

I popped in to have a look and was greeted with rudeness from an local that obviously didn’t like new comers.. (probably thought he owned the place) I’m sure if he did own the place then his customers skills would be better…won’t be investing any of my time or money in there…Shame…

Great place for a,quiz night with affordable bar and indoor toilets. Bowls is relatively cheap, even for non members a lot includes hire of equipment. Booking in advance recommended and avoid competition nights.

Great place! Friendly service. And the food looks scrumptious. You have to come with a healthy appetite, they do not skimp on portions. Sunday lunches available, but you must book. Definitely recommended!

The club is extremely well managed. A very pleasant environment to play bowls - enjoy a meal - or simply enjoy a coffee. The staff are most welcoming and friendly.
