The Bell Inn in Thanet

Popped in as forget key to house and was waiting for wife to come back. Nipped in for just a couple of drinks. Felt very welcomed and looked after. The food looked amazing so will pop in with wife soon. Staff are so friendly too as well as the clientele. Great pub.

First visit for food and couldn't fault. Best pub meal we've had in years, and one of the cheapest. Staff were great too.

Pub grub, good value for money and a friendly atmosphere. It's not á la carte dining, but the food is tasty and arrives quickly.

We have had the steak pie here twice and they are very good. You are sure to get a warm welcome at The Bell Inn.

Went to the pie and pudding for 10 pounds night ,The waiter and waitress service was intentive and service quick the food was the best I've eaten in ages 5 types of pie I had steak and Guinness pie very large portions and then the puddings that were huge a very homely place and lots of room can't waitto try the roast

Such nice attentive people serving first class food. It is a long time since I was there last because of covid and I will be back next week. Just lovely!

Bar staff need more training. Waited ages to be served on Christmas Eve afternoon. Pub was not busy, staff just failed to come and serve waiting patrons. 4 young bar staff on duty.

Visited here for the first time and recommend, a warm welcome, a wide selection of starters, mains and most importantly puddings.Drinks were quickly brought to our table after ordering.We were given time choose our meals by very pleasant staff members.All portions of our meals were hearty and filling with plenty of sides.Well cooked and presented nicely.Seeing as we rang on the off chance for a table I consider us very lucky to have got in to the restaurant.I wouldn't guarantee trying this on a busy night.Meals reasonably priced with nice touches at the end when the bill arrived.I would recommend this pub/ restaurant to all if your in the area to try.

As it's under new management on Tuesday 6th, 4 of us went to The Bell Inn. We received a warm welcome as soon as we arrived, we were shown to our table, the staff and food was amazing! It's a lovely pub, with a big garden aswell. This pub will do really well under the new management. I will definitely return for sure, highly recommended, and to everyone involved in the pub good luck with this new venture!

Great gem of a pub with new management - Tue 6th Aug 2019i was staying in Minster on business and thought i'd try a pub in the village...The Bell Inn was welcoming and friendly atmosphere by the owner and staff. Good selection of beers and lovely beer garden! The food was delicious, great price for the meal and generous portions.Will definitely stop by for a pint and some food when I visit Sandwich again.
