The Crown Inn in Thanet

Lovely quaint little English restaurant. Staff were very friendly, and informative about the area, which was interesting to a couple of our party, who came from Canada. The food was great.

Great local restaurant and pub. Staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. The food is very good, huge portions and piping hot. Traditional Sunday roasts, lamb shanks, scampi, various salads etc. Varied starters.Make room for pudding! Death by chocolate, knickerbocker glory etc. Specials board.I would highly recommend.

Great family pub home cooked food is amazing with a lovely selection of puddings. Accommodation also available.set in a lovely quiet village.

Probably rated the crown before, but you can't miss visiting this pub/hotelExcellent atmosphere and fare.Always enjoy the banter with Clive .Also, the food here is very good, though you must pre book.

Very sad news that Clive and penny are retiring this year ,the end of an era the best pub and food for miles and miles good luck to them and their family

Always the best Suday Lunch by far! Great food, super freindly staff, whats not to like.

Love this pub! Great home cooked food which is perfect every time.

Travelled here for a family get together and lunch, roast beef dinner comes in 2 sizes the large is a challenge but worth every mouthful. Not a wide selection of ales as a shepherd neame linked pub master brew or bishops finger only available on the day.Other guests enjoyed their meals and drinks.Total for 5 people £130 food and drink

Very warm family, nice food and cozy garden. Rooms are a bit old but very charming. Breakfast is great and Clive will make sure you leave with a big smile on your face !

Always a warm welcome from Clive and all the team at The Crown Inn.A nice well looked after ale and a plentiful supply of food at great prices means its a favourite of ours.Try it!! You won't be disappointed... unless of course you can't get a table.
