The Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie in Thanet

Thought we would give this place another go but not much has changed. Not very busy and service was pretty non existent. Ordered the beef and ale pie, no taste of ale. Two pieces of meat and the veg was totally undercooked and not seasoned. Paying £15 for a pie I would have expected a homemade pie and not an Iceland warehouse pie. On the plus side the beer was nice.

Lovely food and service, great view out over minnis Bay and towards Reculver.

A bit expensive, but would expect that especially where its located. Food was very tasty, burgers are very good. Staff where pleasent. Would eat there again.

Food was awful, my daughters juice came in a dirty glass with lip marks from a previous customer, the American pancakes were hard and could not be cut with a standard knife (my daughter was saying she couldn't cut them, I thought she was being daft so I had a go and I couldn't cut them). The waitress was nice and friendly she asked if we wanted to speak to the manager about the food, but I was in a rush and didn't have time. One star for the friendly waitress.

The best Hot Chocolate!! It completes every trip...a quick stop, a full day or an evening visit, needs a Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie Hot Chocolate!

Good food at a good price, fantastic views but very slow service on the food. Our top tip: bring your own starter plates back to the kitchen hatch or else make sure you get a waiter's attention once you have finished. We didn't, and waited absolutely ages for our main. Otherwise I would definitely recommend.

Great restaurant... Found a lovely beer I'm gonna drink again. Food was excellent. I was part of a running team that had lunch after a tough race and the service we received was brilliant 😊😊😊

Such a lovely venue, friendly staff and a great atmosphere!Did a wedding here and the staff were so helpful, lovely and even recommended us to clients, so we cannot wait to play here again! :)The view is stunning and the food is absolutely delicious too!

Found this place via Google map and so happy I did it. Lovely place with the sea view, friendly staffs and delicious food. Highly recommended

Parking easy £1 an hour, great walk along the beach then back for some pukka grub ,two nice plates of food ,beer etc for just shy of £30table service, amazing.food ,amazing .cleanliness ,amazing.Deffo go againKeep up the great work 💪
