The Viking Ship Cafe in Thanet

What a glorious spot for coffee, cake and ice creams.

We visited this beautiful Cafe today whilst in Thanet, the food was amazing and cooked to perfection, very good portion sizes and the staff were super friendly. The views whilst eating made me feel like I was on holiday! Definitely the best Cafe in Thanet ! Highly recommended 👌

I highly recommend the viking ship cafe. The food is fantastic, the staff are wonderful. The sea view and the viking ship is wonderful.

Lovely meeting up with family over coffee and hot cross buns

Popped in for a hot drink and ice creams, service was very good . Toilets were open to the public and parking is only available when cafe is open. We took a walk to the Viking ship to show my grandson. Out for a drive and we fancied a cup of tea at the Viking Ship Cafe but all closed up . Later we learnt it was under new ownership. Let’s hope it is run has smoothly as previous lovely owners .

Visited this lovely cafe on a beautiful sunny day and it really was a welcome sight. It was the perfect day to sit outside at one of the numerous picnic tables and enjoy the glorious weather while sipping an extremely welcome cappuccino. As well as the coffee being excellent, the snack that accompanied it was delicious and well presented. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, making it a very satisfying experience. I shall definitely be calling again the next time I'm in the area.

This is one of the most picturesque places to come to for a drink and snack, the staff there are always most welcoming the food is yummy as are the locally make cakes we are becoming regular visitors
