Absolutely FABULOUS! We recently got married at The Yarrow and what a wonderful day we had. The Yarrow staff are fantastic and went above and beyond to make our special day all the more special. The event manager Alexis was brilliant, as were all her event team. We and our guests stayed for 2 nights and we can't recommend this hotel enough! The food is excellent, the rooms are super and the service is great. A wonderful hotel to come and stay or to visit for lunch, afternoon tea or dinner - or better yet, all 4! We shall be returning for sure (at least for our anniversary every year). Broadstairs is a lovely location and the hotel is walking distance to the beach and all the sights. Thank you to The Yarrow for a very special time.

Stayed overnight and enjoyed the taster menu with wine. My problem is ...why won't they accept cash for anything! We booked and paid in advance but wanted to tip the restaurant staff...on trying to leave £20 tip we were told they couldn't accept any cash .....even as a tip.We went to the bar and attempted to pay in cash...but again, no cash payments accepted, so we left to drink somewhere else. We would have stayed and enjoyed the experience so much more but, even these days, not everyone wants to use a card and it seems even having plenty of cash on my person I had to go to somewhere else to actually spend it. Such a shame they don't need the custom of people like me and those I was with, who like to use cash and card, cash especially if leaving a personal tip for service.

We stayed at The Yarrow to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We have stayed many times since the hotel opened and have never been disappointed. On checking in we were told we had been upgraded to a suite we were in the Hollis Suite which was fabulous. There was a lovely airy sitting room, a huge bedroom and down the corridor an amazing bathroom complete with roll top bath and a separate shower. We ate in the restaurant an cannot fault the food and service. A particular thank you must go to Joyce who was extremely attentive. The turn down service was a nice touch as was the card from the team to wish us a happy anniversary. Thank you so much from both my husband and I. We hope to be back again soon.

The hotel was beautiful, very easy parking and in good distance to all the local amenities. Our room was beautiful with it's double height ceiling and the staff were very friendly and fantastic at suggesting local activities during our stay. We had a lovely cooked breakfast which showcased the most delicious and perfectly cooked poached eggs I have ever eaten - they really were a masterpiece. My only slight suggestion would be a bed upgrade as you could really feel the metal springs through the mattress. Overall, a fab stay. Thank you.

What a fantastic place for a weekend retreat. All 4 of us had a fab time. The hotel was within walking distance to the town also and there was a food festival on over the weekend. Weather was beautiful to top it off. The hotel was spectacular. Rooms, food, spa facilities, everything top notch. And the staff were absolutely amazing. A big thank you to all at The Yarrow. Well done We couldn't find fault anywhere.

We have an excellent suite, huge, very clean. Happy to help friendly staff. Just two things from me, restaurant definitely needs a range of recipes from the unusual world wide to good quality British foods. To cater for ALL guests. Also a lift that goes to the 3rd floor please.

Attractive decor, clean and polite and helpful staff. Food amazing. Just one very small improvement that could be made in the rooms. Us ladies find a mirror by a table and plug very helpful for hair appliances. I had to plug in hair dryer and look in the bathroom mirror about 10' away. Luckily I have a long cord on my hairdryer!

Very good ☺️. Superb dinner and excellent breakfast too. Service was faultless. The rooms are tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, spacious and have everything you need. I found the bed and pillows a bit firm but that's just personal taste - my wife was perfectly happy. Really a very good hotel and an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area.

Just back from an overnight stay booked through a deal with Secret Escapes following recommendations from 2 other families. A 7 course tasting menu was just excellent last night. Best meal we have had for many months and the different wines with each course were really good. Staff at the hotel all nice and efficient. A very comfortable room with large ensuite. Breakfast was also good. Could not have been better. To be recommended.
