It was decent, nice and clean indoors with good service and the quality you expect from a burger king

Just home with my food only to realise I didn’t get everything I paid for and it’s not the first time either, so frustrating!

Went through the drive-thru. Great fast service with a smile. My burger and sides were nice and hot even after I got them back to my hotel room, in fact my chilli cheese bites were like molten lava! Definitely a great fast food option if you're visiting the area and in a rush for a meal time.

Quick to take order and complete. Burger components and fries portion size seem smaller than other similar food outlets. Fries are a better quality though and taste great. No milkshakes available yet again.! this is a regular gripe unfortunately. Will visit again but sort the milkshake issue out .

Consistently the most disinterested and lethargic service you will encounter in the world of not-so-fast food.You'd better be happy ordering from the electric menu thingy as otherwise you'll be standing at the counter waiting to be noticed by the single person allegedly doing tills for minutes at a time. This is no gripe about a single bad experience, I've been on 5 or 6 occasions and it's the same every time.Also, you cannot order on the app even though it's been open for ages. If it wasn't for the entrance to McDonald's car park being busier than Poundland on giro day I wouldn't go at all, man I wish I liked salad instead of burgers.Would be 1 star but at least you can use app offers at the till, just as well as the value is rubbish without them.

I don't know why I bother giving this place chances.Always asked to wait in bays. Always items missing and gave to check every order.Worst bit... It's the only burger king that still so cheap to charge for sauces with every meal?!?!?£20 order and you want 25p for a sauce every time. Ran by kids, franchised by bottom feeders.

Definitely don't know what they are doing down there.The place is run by kids!Never get the order at the window always have to wait in the bay, missing items from meals. Orange fanta tasted like soda water. And the bun was burnt to a crisp.
