Caffe Nero in The Vale of Glamorgan

From front door to service took twenty five minutes. It does need to be a little faster, two staff inadequate for the volume of buisness .Toilets need attention too . Having said all of that the coffee was superb..

Slow service, overcharged, no apology. Generally rude staff.Won't bother going there again.

Lovely coffee, also the YOUNG MEN PARTICULARLY know how to look after the customers well!!!! SO NICE THAT DOGS ARE WELCOME, ALL ADDS TO THE RELAXINGATMOSPHERE

Some great staff, but some not so great. Often give this place another chance and often find myself waiting to be served while they chat and gossip and do everything except acknowledge customers.

There is plenty of parking just outside the door and anywhere in the Waitrose carpark. Service was really fast with plenty of choice. We had coffee and cookies both of which were lovely. We also sat in the outside seating which has quite a few tables. Only negative point were that a lot of the outside tables hadn't been cleared.

Newly trained barista was struggling to make the drinks in a reasonable time. This is a dog friendly coffee shop. Plenty of choices if you don't mind the wait.

Excellent service from two very hard working young boys. Very busy but very safe and well run. Lovely coffee and cake. Well worth a try.

Love this place - staff are fab. Could sometimes do with a better clean especially the upholstery but overall magic.
