I ordered in the shop, and while I was waiting I thought... these guys are good. I saw more care and attention put into take away orders than I've ever seen before. Friendly staff, excellent service, and most importantly - the food is great.

Large kebab with next to no meat in it but the hair that was in it made up for that. Cheesy garlic bread was cold horrible and tasted like it had been made hours ago. On the plus side my can of coke was cold

Never been declined by a take away.... until tonight!!! Ordered from them quite a few times and their food and delivery was spot on. Last time the delivery guy claimed he could find me and my partner found him and tonight I was declined!! I feel quite put out!! Guessing I am a bad customer due to my front door being at the back of the building even though I write in the comment box how to find me and that my partner will meet the driver.Still stunned! But my loss I guess and I will find some where else!!

Great team. Great food. Salad and coleslaw was amazing!! If ever we have a problem (which is very rare) they sort it straight away. Highly recommended!!!

The chips here are very good not the usual takeaway type.The pizza quality is hit and miss. Sometimes they produce outstanding pizzas and other times they are overcooked and sometimes doughy.The chicken donner wrap is very tasty and another good thing is that they do pay attention to the delivery notes.

Carlos used to be my favourite and most reliable takeaway. I know Carlos personally and I am gutted that it's going down hill. The last few times I've ordered has been through the just eat app and the pizzas we've ordered have been undercooked and not even sliced properly. I thought I'd have a kebab instead this time as they've previously never gone wrong but it was the most basic kebab and was cold as well as bone dry. Not only that but the delivery girl dropped it on the floor and laughed. Carlos if you're reading this, it's not personal but your staff need to go back to how it used to be x

I love their pizzas and the fact that you can choose your own toppings. They have a good variety of food and some good deals. The service is always friendly. This is our regular take away

Food was and always is very nice had a little issue with order, no chips with meal even though I ordered a meal so i called and they sent me out hot fresh chips even though they didn't actullay charge me for them in the first place now that's customer service will always recommend carlos pizza :)
