Cefn Mably Hotel Pub in The Vale of Glamorgan

Was OK, disappointed at first impression from outside, but rooms were basic but clean

Absolutely disgusting attitude on the person I spoke to regarding a booking I made and requested a refund for!

We had a lovely time staying here. The twin room was perfect clean,light and airy. The staff are very friendly and food was hot and tasty. No breakfasts.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cefn Mably. Well organised, basic rooms but value for money.When we stayed (Nov 2020) no provision for breakfast but the evening meal was lovely, well cooked and a good choice of food was available, friendly welcoming and a great atmosphere.The covid restrictions at that time were managed very well and we felt safe.We could not always book in advance so thank you Marina for your flexibility and understanding of the situation.Would definitely go back.

Shame I can't give any lower stars i arrived after booking on last minute after 4 hours to wich the women who dealt with me tryed to double charge me even though id already paid was rude the room was cold the TV didn't work really not happy only bonus was bed was comfy

Stayed here for 3 nights july2021, staff where amazing, very polite and accomodating. Food was amazing, hands down superb all round, will be staying again when working near here, thankyou

Nice place. Lamp didn't work in our room and the towels looked very old. The cups were dusty. Otherwise nice and clean. Beds were cosy. Nice and polite staff. 20 charge for the dog for one night seems excessive to me. Great idea of a key with a fob so we could get in and out anytime. Free car park with security gates was great. Food was expensive and not must to choose from. Shop right outside.Overall a nice place for a comfortable stay.

Staff were friendly and attentive, food was 10/10. Best pub food ive had and very reasonably priced!Our 1st visit but can't wait to try other stuff on the menu next time.

I just came back from here today.i spent 2 nights in room 7 on the top floor,the room was ok except there were no curtains and not even a pole above the windows so I didnt sleep very well. The shower was hardly working if it was the morning due to no enough pressure left. The food prices were extortionate
