Very, very poor. Ordered just after 5 on a Monday and decided to cancel at 6:25. Was given a load of drivel and excuses. Was told the driver ran out of petrol!!! One job, that's all they had. Finally got my point across and told them I wouldn't accept charges for the delivery driver because they hadn't delivered. 10 minutes later the driver rocks up. I told her that the order had been cancelled and she dropped the food on the floor anyway and became rude and mouthy.I will never use this place again and I suggest that if you don't want to be lied to and have your patience tried to the limit then don't bother.

Lovely staff and great food. Only thing I would say negative about this place is that they often tell you that food will take a certain amount of time until you can collect and it takes a lot longer... in my experience you're better either pre ordering for later on in the evening or ordering early!

Ordered over the phone and the lady was very pleasant in all fairness and the food tasted great tbh, however paying for it today as me and my friend who ate your food last night have both been very ill today we only had small portions of other things during the day, but no foods that could really give us dodgy stomachs. I've experienced food poisoning before and this feels very similar. I m a little worried others may have been offered as out food was done in 15 mins and we ordered quite a lot of meats as we are trying to eat a lot whilst training. Very disappointed as this is a previous regular of mine.

Today was our first order from Champagne and we'll definitely be returning.The food was delicious, portions were generous and delivery was prompt.The lady taking our order was very pleasant and helpful.No complaints at all.
