Cherry Orchard in The Vale of Glamorgan

The bar staff and waiting staff were doing an amazing job considering it was so busy. The food was OK but my husband had a chicken burger and it looked like it had been seven in a dogs dish. The manager however was terrible telling off a member of staff in front of customers he handled the situation superbly considering how he was spoken to she was well out of order. Also through our whole visit she actually did no work just running back and forth but actually not doing anything to help the poor staff

Had a lovely evening and an enjoyable meal. Everything arrived in good time, freshly cooked, hot and exactly as we asked for. Pleasant and friendly staff, we were greeted with a smile, though it had obviously been a really busy day, considering it was Mothers Day.Apparently they have a new menu which is being released in two days.

Had a lovely meal with the family at the Cherry Orchard last week. Fab range of food and drinks available and a great atmosphere, the manager Nathan has really turned this place around. Looking forward to our next visit!

Three of us came for food and the staff were really nice and friendly. Mixed grill was awesome. Food all came at same time. Daughter also loved her food. Ordering from table was really quick even thou it was busy. Will be back to try the roast

I’m really impressed with the service I received on my visit on Monday. Bar staff were very accommodating and made the visit enjoyable. Food was beautifully cooked to perfection! Did not disappoint! Would most definitely recommend!

We had a family memorial day for my nan who wake it was. The staff were amazing. And they provided such comfort and service. The buffet was fab and they did not make us hurry when finished. Thank-you for accommodating us.

Pub atmosphere was good, bar staff were friendly and efficient. The food however was awful! Ordered a burger stack, not great at all, cold, greasy and the chips were also cold. Clearly one of the burger patties had been deep fried when reheated! Nice thick crust. Wouldn't return for food but would pop in for a drink again.

Staff were friendly and efficient. All coronavirus regulations were adhered to and food was fast and delicious! I couldn't have asked for a better experience in a pub/restaurant especially under our current restrictions.

Friendly helpful staff. Good Sunday roast. Clean & tidy environment. Other meals I've had previously are not as good as the Sunday roast, which is also the best value meal on the menu. The drinks are quite expensive compared to other establishments in the town

Bar staff were very helpful and accommodating. Service was first class. Meals were lovely, I recommend the curry. The atmosphere at the Cherry Orchard was very inviting, the tables and rest rooms were spotless. Overall I had a great catch up with my friends in a warm and friendly setting. I can’t wait to organise another get together at the Cherry Orchard. Thank you guys! 👍❤️
