I came here with my family on a recent visit to Penarth and I was so happy with the amazing food and the wonderful service that we came back the next day. I find it extremely difficult to eat out because I have special dietary needs. My usual experience when looking at menus is, 'Oh what can I eat? I can't have anything on here!' However, I had a completely different experience at 'The Galley' because there was so much food that I could eat! It was all beautifully prepared and presented. I can't praise them enough. My family and I would definitely come here again, in fact it's the ONLY place we would recommend. Great food, great prices, great service. What more could anyone want?

He was about to close and we were told, quite rudely, to go to Tesco if we wanted ice cream. They keep very early hours for a cafe in a visitor/tourist area

What a great place for coffee and a light lunch situated at Penarth Marina. Friendly and efficient service. They serve probably the very best hot chocolate I've ever had, worth a visit for just that alone.

Lovely little place down the marina, food is alway stunning, have never had a bad meal there, amazing very friendly staff, the owners make you feel really welcome, highly recommend.

I went to the galley by the marina for the first time today. Had lunch but brownies looked so good, I got one to take away. Will definitely go there again. The owner was really nice and there were 2 other tables who seemed to be regulars and we ended up in a cafe-wide discussion which I'm not sure has ever happened to me before but was lovely!

Such a lovely and friendly place....great service, friendly staff, lovely cakes and tea...and dog friendly. Sat outside and enjoyed the views over the marina.

Really lovely, we visited in September. Had some breakfast each and it was delightful. The staff are so so friendly, the food and drinks are yummy as well. There is good social distancing and very clean. You can book and order in advance if needed. Can't wait till i can come back.
