June 2022 updateWe have just had Chris do the catering for my mum in law's funeral, everyone there commented on how lovely the food was. Superb service our selection of food was freshly made from quality ingredients, in my opinion the corned beef pie and Welsh cakes are just the best.Visited again today for a lunchtime meal excellent food well presented and good value, not much else I can say except call in you won't be disappointed.Used their catering service for a family get together excellent service food delivered on loan trays really good and well presented. The sandwiches were all fresh and the homemade cake was to die for.

Lovely tearooms. Polite and Friendly staff. Excellent customer service. They always cater for me being a vegetarian and coeliac. My friends and I usually meet here for breakfast. We have also had lunch and afternoon tea. Definitely worth a visit.

Unpleasant rude staff, always closes early. I used to love visiting this cafe but I haven't managed to visit for years as they are always closed or closing early. Today was the last straw as I arrived ONE HOUR before closing and was told shirtily "I can only do take away" without even being looked in the eye. I usually only leave 5 star reviews but I just don't feel customers are valued here. It feels like the owner's side project rather than a business. The are plenty of other fantastic cafes in Penarth with wonderful staff, I'd avoid this cafe at all costs.

Lovely quaint little tea room with a good and full choice on menu. Excellent and friendly customer service. Fantastic selection of cakes that are so scrummy and very large portions. Will definitely be visiting again. 🤗
