Fountains Tea Rooms in The Vale of Glamorgan

This place is perfect we went upstairs and expected a typical tea room layout but it was filled with Alice in wonderland decorations it was so mad and so much everywhere I felt like I was in wonderland. The food was lush and people that work there are so friendly. I definitely recommend this place !!!!!

Food was absolutely disgusting for the expensive price... Brought me solid poached eggs and expected me to be OK with it. The cook is terrible and the customer service was no better. Will not eat here again, unless a proper chef comes in.

So I'd like to start this review of with the the food I ordered a cheese and bacon toasty and I must say its the first time in a long time I've been given a traditional cheese and bacon toasty I throughly enjoyed it it was well filled and you could tell it had been made with love the cook seems to really enjoy there line of work witch you can tell by the food surved the waiting time was less than 5 minutes and it was nice to wash it down with a lovely cappuccino all in all the service was amazing all thrue out will definitely be coming again

Terrible staff and customer service was awful. Not good value for money, at all! Asked for coffee got tea, asked for beans and tomatoes got beans and was offered condiments, i asked for red and 2 second it took and i was brought brown. Unsurprisingly she continued to blame other customers for her inadequacy. Zero stars!I'm not sure if you knew the customer you blamed or not but from a new customers point of view it looked unpleasant.

Not great here at all. Its been a long time since I'd been here but went for a breakfast recently and the quality was really poor. Took me a long time to get served and I think I was eventually served by another customer. The breakfast came out and it was freezing cold and things were overdone. Really bad considering I was one of only about 4 customers there

Had a take away roast made bye claire it was amazing the beef was so tender and sort the rosties yummy it was all so lovely
