Fantastic food, friendly team and a nice bustling location just opposite Penarth station. And the best salad dressing I’ve ever tasted!

·

Really lovely cafe, stunning toasted sandwiches with lots of different fillings! Very friendly and welcoming to humans and dogs 😊🐶

·

Disappointing. Eggs benidict cold, inconsistent eggs, one solid the other watery and too runny. Indoor seating not particularly clean. Won't be rushing back a time soon.

·

Excellent food. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff

·

Very fair prices takeaway sandwiches. Would like to try a dine in lunch some time.Update: tried the Welsh rarebit and it was lovely!

First visit to Foxy’s and - wow! What a fab place. My husband’s comment - ‘best breakfast I’ve had in 2021’, and I agree. I had the mini breakfast of 4 cooked items and he had the Welsh Crumpets with laverbread, bacon, oats & onion & Welsh rarebit with fried eggs. Delicious coffee as well. Can’t wait to go back. Diolch yn fawr - byddwn ni nôl yn fuan!

A dissapointing takeaway lunch this weekend, which is unfortunate as we were really looking forward to a deli treat for our picnic!Baguette fillings were really quite stingy, crisp selection was poor (maybe just a busy lunch had wiped out stock?) cakes were average, price seemed reasonably steep and one of our items they forgot to put in the bag which sadly we didn't realise until we got to the picnic.Judging by all the other reviews maybe we just got unlucky, but can only base it on personal experience.

Been to this place place a few times and the service and food is top quality, and the staff are excellent highly recommend

I'd heard such good things about this deli but it doesn't seem to stock anything unusual that can't be found in a supermarket. Also, I ordered a sandwich, waited 10 mins, and was then told the ingredients weren't to hand. In that time, they could've gone to the shop and got some. Disappointing!

A delicatessen and cafe with a homely feel. Dog friendly, art displays of local artists, friendly service and time for a chat. A good selection of breads, cheeses, deli counter, breakfast, lunches and high teas. Always a warm welcome. Also a nice venue for small events. Here is an open Mic event.
