Kfc in The Vale of Glamorgan

Food was nice, service was not good. Very slow, items not in stock but I was able to purchase on the self service machine. I'm always surprised the Barry branch is still in business as it's been the same for years.

Ordered via just eat. Food was OK, if not on the cold side. Items were missing from the Trilogy box meals including the lettuce, chicken strips and the extra hot wings I’ve ordered. I can’t get through to anyone to rectify this.

Ordered today through uber eats. Arrived very quickly but I am not impressed!Order a boneless banquet and a mini fillet burger.Arrived was so warm stale chips, lukewarm dry popcorn chicken, my gravy and dip, and a poorly made burger (dry chicken, a very thin spread of sauce, and 3 small pieces of wilted old lettuce). The 3 chicken pieces did not arrive, nor did my drink!Never eating here again!

Absolutely shocking service, waited to be served for 20 mins (no one infront of us) they were too busy with drive thru and online orders, we ended up going to the DIY board and ordering it from there. 2 members of staff stood right outside the main door smoking. Around 10 youths in there that took drugs to deal to someone outside right infront of the staff stood smoking, youths came back in and continued to nurse one drink and sit all over the tables using it as a youth club, not one member of staff asked them to leave. Loads of staff in and out smoking. Just shocking service. Oh and no salad or rice box. Don't bother going there definitely don't take kids

Waited 20 minutes after ordering. Asked staff member why it was taking so long, was advised I needed to wait another 15 minutes. Absolute joke. Staff members didn’t give a monkey’s. Don’t bother with them. If I could give zero stars I would.

AwfulOrdered just eat. Wrong order arrived. Not even half the food we ordered. Took it to store. Was promised new. Received new order, took it home and it's still wrong. Missing food and sides. Ffs. Will not be ordering from here again. Will also be asking for a refund. Really tough evening. Ordered to make life easier and what we've had is error upon error.

Even the chips were nice from this KFC! fresh hot food cooked perfectly. The new member of staff provided great service too

I like KFC, but the staff seem a bit confused. My meal sat on the counter, but they didn't call out it was ready. Some how they had logged it as gone out, but it hadn't.

Went for a quick lunch today with the kids. The first thing I noticed when walking in was the heat - it was like a sauna. Also, whilst they had a sign on the site reminding people that masks are required, it seems that 95% of people there were exemptIt wasn't too busy and we got a table as we ordered. Quick and easy touch screen ordering and the food was ready within about 5 mins. No table service numbers there though, collection onlyThe food was ok, but the portions were quite small for all of us, especially for the cost. We ordered ice cream on the touch screen afterwards, only to find out when we waited to collect it that they didn't have any, so had to refund me instead.

So disappointed. Had not ordered from here in years, convinced my partner to finally order a bucket to share. It arrived with all of the cold brown chips that had fallen out of the buckets into the bag, the food was barely even warm, the drink was wrong, no gravy. It was genuinely so unappetising. I think its safe to say we won't be ordering from here again 😒
