Totally waste of time they cancelled the order as couldn't find my address then said they will refund my account but instead took the money out I phoned them and the customer service in the shop is terrible won't use ever

Ordered from here this evening, called after a hour and half, was told it would be 10 minutes.3 more phone later being told en route, then no driver, then it rocks up after 2 hoursRefused delivery, called them liars requested money back.Yes I was rude, nobody likes a liar and that's what they are.Wouldn't recommend and I haven't even tasted the food.Useless delivery timesAwful communicationFuxk off

Fantastic quality products. The Bueno brownie and ice cream was fantastic and the shake to go with it. Deffo add the option to buy more icecream and in different flavours. Like separate pots.

The best desserts we've ever had, everything was so fresh and the ice cream was just something else never tasted anything like it! Better than anywhere else will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered one of the wafflin' waffle to share with my partner, the waffle has burn bit all over it, like the black residue that comes off a waffle machine when you clean it. Quite disappointed as I do enjoy food from here.

Ordered the "They see me rolling" milkshake staff were friendly and the shake is 10/10Lovely and thick with loads of flavour

We had the bueno brownie with nutella and ice cream. Brownie was very fresh! The people are very friendly and the shop is decorated nicely.
