Marco's Cafe in The Vale of Glamorgan

The service was exceptional, Marco himself saw me waiting for my order and chased it up, even though it wasn't running late, the food we had was lovely and the coffee was good too. Very well organised and a high standard of hygiene

Well there photos are in the shop immediately adjacent to Marcos Cafe. The actual cafe has wonderful coffees and teas and a massive selection of baked goodies all with a great view of the ocean. If you are fans of tvs Gavin and Stacey , this is a must see.

Payed £9 only to then see them pull the pizza out of plastic packaging from the freezer, looked like a £1 pizza from the shop, tasted like it too.Absolutely disgusting a café serves frozen pizza for that price.Edit: The pizza looks identical to Chicago Town takeaway pizza from the local ASDA.

It was a lovely relaxed place to drink our coffee. Lots of people around, laughing, eating and drinking, all enjoying your cafe. Thank you for a helping make it a very good experience.

Very rude member of staff! Ordered food and drinks. Staff member told me they didn’t sell chips but across the way they do. While waiting I bought chips. We started eating them while waiting and a male came over very rudely told us we can’t eat them even though we were waiting for food ordered from the cafe. Don’t like the way he spoke very poor customer service skills. Didn’t care that we ordered food he came back with our food very rudely we left straight away.

Visited here many times over the years and enjoyed the experience. Today we went there and a staff member (male) who was clearing the tables and taking out the orders was most unhelpful. Wouldn’t allow us to sit at a vacant table despite there being chairs there. No apology, very rude in manner and when someone else got a chair and sat there he said nothin. Tried another table & got moved off that saying it was in the way of customers leaving the counter (it wasn’t) and was heard to be rude to others too. Two young girls were standing waiting for their order and he spotted their chip package and told them they couldn’t eat it there. One of them was holding a wooden spoon with the order number on showing they’d obviously already ordered and paid for the food. Not a pleasant experience today 👎

Fab place to have a coffee or a bite to eat over looking the sea.Very popular with dog walkers also ( me included), staff are fab can't do enough for you.Marco's also world famous for Gavin & Stacey!!

Stopped for the obligatory drink in Marco's on a family Gavin & Stacey pilgrimage. Busy but pleasant and prices reasonable. Staff friendly and helpful. Will happily return.

Not going to lie I only drove by just because I’m a fan of gavin and Stacey but it’s so lush. Was quite busy so we didn’t get out the car but I took some pictures. It’s in a gorgeous place near the sea
