Mcdonalds Restaurants in The Vale of Glamorgan

McDonald's UK food is very average at best albeit handy for a quick bite at times.Some stores keep it at average with friendly staff and a well kept restaurant.The Talbot Green branch has lately been quite grubby, staff with zero customer service, both me and my wife were ignored once despite attempts to get attention of staff.One time we had food and it was borderline cold, chips were small portion in a medium container, the milkshakes tasted off too.Won't be going back to this one and I''d recommend others to stay away.

I've witnessed more intelligent lifeforms underneath toilet seats. Not capable of putting correct items in a bag for uber eats to deliver. It's not difficult but for the staff of this branch it's clearly a task compared to conquering Everest.When I called the branch the language and tone used by the 4 managers i spoke to (yes, 4! ) it did infact confirm that their brains are yet to develop. Toddlers would do better

It seems they dont employ staff for listening and customer service skills, how hard can it be to give no jam and extra butter on an English muffin. Made me park up so they could '' prep'' 2 new muffins, 5 mins later still waiting in my car. I went in to find 3 female staff just standing around the window gossiping. I asked where my muffins were and was told they were being toasted, I pointed out that muffins should only take a minute or 2 not 5. I was then advised by a young female they have other people to serve ( no one waiting to be served) , at this point all 3 females started to put their 2 pence in. I ended the conversation by telling them how bad the customer service is and that they need reporting to head office. Also if they knew anything about good customer service they would have prioritised the order they had messed up and not kept people waiting.

A lot of young Staff stand around talking without acknowledging customersMeals have been coldOrders wrong even though I specify what I want. Managers are accommodating but could concentrate on staff customer service.

Half an hour in the drive-thru wasn't really a fun experience, as was finding my chips had been put in the bag upside down and the Big Tasty had been assembled in the dark by a drunk person. It definitely looks better in the photos. On a plus note, it stopped my hunger.

Stopped in after work. Took a while to finally be able to place my order, arrived at the second window to receive my food, the staff member read my order back to me correctly and then handed my order to me. Got home to discover that part of my order was missing and the rest was stone cold, didn't both to go back to complain because I had not received a receipt.

Took my 3 year old grandson. The lady working there I didn't get her name was so helpful. As I had him with me she took my ticket and grabbed the food order for me. Came back over to take away the tray and brought him a balloon. Lovely staff working there.

Went through the drive thru'. Took order from the speaker but wasn't really listening to me. Then after nearly 10 minutes waiting to pay they didn't get have the correct order. Then they said that I must have ordered one of the 2 orders they could access on their till. They were then short and rude while they took my order for the 2nd time. There was then a 5 minute wait for the meal to be prepared, and when it came out the food wasn't well presented, just thrown together.Incompetence at the highest level, some of the worst customer service I've experienced and the food is really worth the cost.

Absolutely disgusting food.Ordered 2 large fries and 2 99p burgers to tie us over.Waited 15-20 minutes for it and then when we got it, one of the burgers wasn't wrapped properly and ended up all over the bag and the fries were undercooked! It looked like the fries had just been dipped in the oil. Oh and the oil, my god, touch the fries and it looks like you put your hand in the frier itself, so incredibly greasy.Never had unedible food from McDonald's until now. Tried to eat a few fries then went straight in the bin.

Absolutely appalling .... I ordered a Triple Cheeseburger, Fries and an Oasis. My triple Cheeseburger, I requested no pickles, instead of getting what I ordered, I received 2 pancake trays with a single burger, slice of cheese, ketchup and mustard ... how can you mess an order up so badly ?? ... this has definitely discouraged me from using this service going forward. Its completely unacceptable.
