What a fantastic cafe. I had the cake and cappuccino. The cake was very nice but the coffee was 1st class. I’d put it as high as the best coffee I’d had in a long time, maybe ever. From looking at the menu and what’s on offer everything is fresh and well made. A menu that will give you all you need for a lovely lunch.Very nice customer service as well.How people will continuously go to cafe Nero and not to these independent cafes is beyond me. It’s better value for money and your supporting local businesses.

Lovely, attractive, tasty food. Really interesting menu and they sell great bread too. I’ve eaten there twice and hope to eat there again soon. I visited with a predominantly meat eating friend who also enjoyed their meal.

I really enjoyed the food here. Full of flavour. The green tea matcha and chocolate brownie were my favourites.

Absolutely delicious vegetarian food! We ordered a Cheese & Kimchi toasted sandwich, Tofu Shawarma burger, green tea latte, flat white, chocolate brownie cake, and a rose and turmeric cake. Very reasonable, tasty and filling! Thank you for making our special day =)

I've been going to the Pear Kitchen since they first opened. I have never had a reason to complain and I would go so far as to say it is the best cafe I have ever visited.

Omg this place amazing healthy and vegan 😍 the food was so tasty, I also had a carrot mango orange smoothie it was so delicious. Just thinking about the quiche I ate yesterday my mouth is watering and stop thinking about how tasty the food and drinks was can't wait to go back my favourite place to go now 🤩😍

Honestly the tastiest meal, cake and milkshakes me and my partner have tasted and there vegan! We've tried the Buddha bowl and tofu shawarma burger. The food is so fresh and full of flavour! You have to visit this place if you haven't already. Also the vegan Welsh cakes are fab ! Thank you, looking forward to visiting again!

This really is a fantastic cafe. The vegan food is delicious enough for vegans and non vegans. I love the fact they have specials so you can always try something different. The cakes are truly wonderful, proving that you don’t have to go without if you’re vegan. Always friendly, welcoming staff. A great addition to Cowbridge High Street.
