Raj Kinara in The Vale of Glamorgan

Such a lovely evening at the Raj Kinara. The food was excellent and the service, faultless. Attentive staff and very comfortable surroundings made a very pleasant evening out. Tonight was my (our) first visit to the fabled Raj, it won't be my last.

Sorry to say had one of the worst meals at the Raj last night. The rice was cold and the chicken in the Jalfrazie was dry and tough.. will be a long time before I go there again.

Bit disappointed to be honest. This place used to be A1. Very busy with not enough staff. Service slow, nearly an hour to get our food. Food not piping hot. Tables left uncleared after customers had left. Not good, they need to get back to their past standards soon.

First time visiting this restaurant. Came here on my own. Very friendly staff. And the curry I had was amazing. It was the medium captains

Thank you sooo much for an amazingly delicious meal the food was outstanding and hot and as it was my birthday a dessert with a candle was presented to me with the staff singing Happy Birthday! I would highly recommend a visit the whole package is amazing, well done all.

We arrived, a party of 4 adults 2 kids just as they opened at 6pm, we were seated straight away and ordered within 10 mins ish. Pompadoms arrived quickly but were soggy so got replaced. We then waited and waited for our food lots of tables were served before us, we eventually asked and our food arrived at 7pm. I had to leave at 7.20pm for work so had to rush my meal. On the plus side the food was fantastic so lost a star for poor service. We will give the the benefit of the doubt and try again soon.
