Came for Sunday lunch - good service, and each course was faultless, we tried the fish and roast beef and both were amazing. duck starter was one of the best dishes I’d ever had

·

Fabulous place. Four of us went for dinner on Saturday and enjoyed everything. Lovely staff, amazing food, good choice for all dietary requirements, budget-friendly options on the wine list..... The sticky toffee pudding was the highlight, but everything was amazing.

We had a lovely leisurely meal at lunchtime with a nice gap between courses. Helpful and polite service without being fussy.

Superb food and service. Best sticky toffee pudding I've ever had

Really impressed with this restaurant, fantastic food and superb wine list too. Recently attended an organised wine tasting evening there and we really really enjoyed it. I’ve visited this restaurant several times over the past year or so, but the recent changes in the team, the menu and the wine list is elevating the restaurant to new level, so good! I would recommend a visit to anyone who appreciates good food and wine.

On Saturday 15th January 2022, we had a wonderful celebration at The Shed. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, all dietary requirements catered for. The service was excellent, the staff courteous and attentive but not intrusive. The location is lovely, premises are spotlessly clean, social distancing of of tables as required on the day, staff wearing masks and hand sanitiser on each table. The team there made our special day perfect, thank you for that.

Had a wonderful time at the Shed. Very welcoming staff, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant had a good atmosphere and was a lovely setting. Food was delicious (my photos do not do it justice) wine was 👌🏻 Will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

Nice meal in the newly opened Goodsheds building in Barry. Interesting to see James Sommerin’s new venture. Enjoyable meal, good service. Raspberry & White Chocolate Soufflé was the stand out!.

·

Amazing little place tucked away in Barry’s up and coming area. Lovely greeting from the wonderful staff, then lead to our seats in the well designed seating area. The food was outstanding (cauliflower puree was heaven) and some of the tastiest drinks we’ve ever tried. The whole experience was flawless, particularly the service from the obviously experienced staff. Can’t wait to go again.

What a pleasure it was to get back out and eat in a restaurant environment again. The Shed was everything that my wife and I expected. The service was excellent, and the food outstanding. Would highly recommend.
