Disappointing. £5 parking. Maximum-security-style pay toilets. Cafe vegan option comes with non-vegan side. No bins. Rubbish all around the waterfall.

Money grabbing. £5 to park.. have to pay to use the toilets. The old lady and man who run the cafe can’t cope with the attraction being busy & are rude !! Safe to say I wasn’t giving the cafe my money as they do not deserve the custom with their ignorant rude attitude ! Felt sorry for the young girl behind the till!

Such a let-down. Beautiful surroundings hijacked by this money grabbing excuse for a business. Need to take cash to pay the car park attendant, rates seem to vary based on factors such as time of day, size of vehicle, attire and possibly even moon phase. Keep 40p in an easily accessible place as they charge for the toilets that I promise you will need.

A hot tea, a slice of cake in a cute old cafe with an amazing backdrop with a magnificent waterfall. What more could you possibly need to disconnect or to warm up after a rainy day out.
