The Bush Inn in The Vale of Glamorgan

This is by far one of the best pubs we have ever eaten at. The chef creates delicious homemade dishes, even the vegan options are unusual and outstanding. The staff are so friendly, the atmosphere is warm and the food and drinks are extremely reasonably priced. Unfortunately, we live 4 hours away or we would come more often. We will definitely be back next time we come to stay in Wales

Great restaurant with lovely food and caring service. Lovely building full of atmosphere. In good weather outside dining avaable and in winter roaring log fire. Popular especially over weekends and then it can be quite noisy indoors.

Food was good, atmosphere was good but staff need training re pace of service. I went at 5.30pm tonight when the restaurant wasn't busy and my party of 4 was asked what we wanted to drink before we sat down. Also,at the end of our meal we were given the bill and payment machine immediately-felt like I was in Macdonald's. My birthday meal so wad dissapointed.

Called in today for lunch,food was fantastic probably the best steak I’ve ever eaten. Polite and friendly staff.food was cooked fresh and we weren’t kept waiting.fab place fab surroundings. Thank you

Hadn't been here since the plague struck and pleased to say still superb. Plenty of well trained, attentive staff, who work really hard to look after you. Food is high quality pub grub, surroundings idyllic. I've seen other posters complaining about the prices. For stale beer and microwaved food, Google "nearest Wetherspoons".

Beautiful setting and loving staff and service. Food was good pub food and cooked nicely with good taste. Only disappointment would be the prices which were extortionate for the food and drinks. Although really good I feel they have out priced themselves and plenty of alternatives with better value.

Only stumbled across this fab pub whilst walking. Loved the dining sheds outside. Great beer, stylish comfortable decor and a lovely chilled atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Booked lunch for a couple of weeks time. Can't wait.

First time there and loved it. Great food and great staff. Will be going back!

Really nice food and service in a beautiful old pub, but at a very high price point.

We were outside the main building in a pod/cabin. Service was quick but one dinner proved a "no show" and we had to go seek it.Food quality was good and portions large. The cabin was comfortable and warm. There were 7 of us so I think we were a bit of a challenge for the staff.The price was very reasonable.
