What a lovely little place tucked away in Dinas Powys. We arrived at 19:00 and there were only two tables taken. By 20:30 they were all full. There was one walk in but other than that I would suggest you book to save disappointment. The food was delicious and well worth a visit.

Food and welcome absolutely lovely but it was absolutely freezing in the restaurant which did spoil it a little. Also, hard to find so better signage could be helpful. We had the mushrooms to start and Beef as mains and it was delicious. The gentleman serving us was lovely so we would definitely go again but maybe dress warmer and go in a warmer season.

Every mouthful was delicious, was an amazing treat for me and my partner, thank you so much!

Went for a Sunday lunch, if I could give 6 stars I would.Everything was perfect, the setting, the atmosphere, the service, the wine and of course the food. There was a warm welcome when we arrived where we were led into a cozy restaurant with a very relaxed atmosphere. Our server was extremely friendly and a delight.I had the chicken thigh with a peanut butter sauce to start and I can confidently say it was one of the best starters I have ever had. Perfectly cooked and all the flavours just worked together.Main, I had the beef which was extremely tender and flavourful and the gravy was to die for. The greens were delicious and the roast potatoes incredible.Thank you for a lovely afternoon!

Superb meal dining outdoors as Paco (small plates menu)Food was great, we also had a couple of bottles of red wine that we really enjoyed.Loved the little courtyard and we managed to keep dry and warm with blankets being offered.Service was really friendly and professional.

Extra treat to lunch here after long 3rd lockdown. We sat out in the pretty south facing courtyard on a sunny afternoon with wisteria in flower and as a canopy a low hanging weeping birch.Small plates options together with focaccia and chips. Our favourites were the scallops then the scorched sprouting broccoli and sriracha mayo side. Bill for 2 added up to what to us is a special treat and it really was. Helped by a friendly and skilled young waiter.

Lovely little restaurant, with a nice atmosphere and a good wine list. The service was excellent with fabulous attention to detail. The food was delicious, I had the egg starter and the beef for my main. Too full for pudding this time but they looked and smelt amazing. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

Family Sunday lunch last week, absolutely stunning. The Crispy hens egg was truly a taste sensation. The beef was perfectly cooked, would definitely recommend. Dom and Calum the font of house team were fabulous!

This is a lovely place! We enjoyed their Sunday menu of two courses for £18.50. Only around five options per course but a good range. Both courses were very rich so great for a treat.
