The Royal India in The Vale of Glamorgan

This has got to be the worst service I have ever had.I had to call for a take away to to table. And that was after 1 hour.There is certainly more interest in just eat than local support.I complained several times and asked for the manager. The rudest man I have ever met. Bating in mind I have been in customer service for over 40 years!In te end he told me he didn’t care about my complaint. We then left.This is not a reflection on the staff. They did their best.I do not blame the staff, there are serious management problems!

The most beautiful food and the loveliest staff! We’ve been coming here for years and it never disappoints! Despite a very difficult situation this evening the staff were amazing as always!Well done royal india, you’re fab!

Food was absolutely delicious, plenty of it and arrived hot considering we were a party of 14. Unfortunately the staff not all but some let my first time experience down as they came across rude, they were busy and probably short staffed but that's not really a good excuse. Will definitely get takeaways from there though but perhaps not go back to dine in.

My favourite Indian restaurant and takeaway. Great selection of food, always fresh and tasty. The staff are all welcoming and friendly. The free bottle of beer with takeaway collection is a lovely extra touch 😊

Went here last night for my Grandads birthday meal and a wonderful experience. Staff are very friendly and quick with service. And the food was excellent. highly recommended 🙂😋

Good banter and great food. I had the fish curry. A first for me, won't be the last, twas excellent, if you have never had Fish Curry, do it here. Very fresh.

The food is fantastic! Do not buy Shandy's here as you get the whole bottle of beer and pay extra for the lemonade. So your drinking the whole bottle regardless. Very cosy.

Always top quality dishes, full of flavour and staff are friendly. The menu is quite unique and the restaurant is very clean and modern. We always enjoy a meal here and it is definitely one of the best in South Wales. The price is also very reasonable and you will think you’ve enjoyed this much more than certain Indian restaurant in Cardiff that cost you twice as much but give you half of the portion. Highly recommended!
