Great coffee, good cake, shame about the miserable staff.

The food is very good and very fresh but the staff make you feel like you are an inconvenience. They are well known in the village as being miserable but the quality of the food still has me going back.

Tasty coffee and cake..Good to sit outside and watch the world go by..

The food was excellent my first visit to this deli.I feel I must comment on the coldness of the staff I was not even acknowledged for nearly 5 minutes not a smile from any of them was like you were an inconvenience

Lovely selection and lovely atmosphere. Could do with more seating.

So pleased to find the Wild Blackberry open for takeaways, it's been our bit of indulgence to keep us going and the beautiful drive to get there is a welcome bonus! I'd recommend the salad pot and the blueberry slice, delicious!

Genuinely in shock with the lack of customer service, the most depressing vibe when you enter and the staff don’t even as much look at you let alone greet you! The young girl on the till was lovely but the rest of the staff and owners absolute definitions of miserable. A smile and a ‘hello’ costs nothing, be prepared to have your mood dampened when entering. It appears this has been going on for a long time, perhaps it’s time to take in the feedback.

Customer service is a must. I mean it costs nothing to be friendly. Such a shame too, because the cakes were lovely, even if it took 25 mins to cut a slice and make a cuppa!

Absolutely wonderful baguettes and salads. A really nice lunch altogether. However, I did find it quite jarring the lack of warmth or even common good manners shown by the staff. I don’t have a broom up my backside, it was just very noticeable. In putting this review together I have discovered that it’s not just me, but many others have been saying the same thing! For quite some time! I say to the owners of this cafe that perhaps it’s time to take this feedback seriously?

A good place for good food if you're passing through. Homemade quiches, cakes, and deli sandwiches. Tables inside and outside avail with lots of coffee, tea, and soft drinks. Friendly service.
