Very basic in need of a update toilet separate from room but private to you, restaurant was packed so book in advance, unfortunately we didn't.

First time I've been here for years..... So glad we came back !!Beautiful food, lovely inside and superb service. We've already booked to go back.

As locals we decided to try the Restaurant again after a couple of disappointing visits a year or two ago. We won’t be rushing back. The food was quite nice, no grumbles there, however the staff were extremely diffident and did not make us feel valued customers. I needed to leave our table in order to find a member of staff to take our order for both main course and dessert, the second time to find three members of staff chatting together round the corner by the bar. The restaurant was not busy. All in all a disappointing experience, we won’t be going back.

Food stunning service great Young Lad called Jack a real sweetheart only downside was toilets had go through private party felt awkward but def be back as food was simply lush.

I first came to villa napoli a year ago whilst staying in the glendale Hotel above it, a year later I have come back after being so impressed the first time, fantastic authentic Italian food, so delicious, the portion size of the food is fantastic, not too small and it is not too big either, just right, the atmosphere is fantastic, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area. I will make sure that I come again the next time I come to visit the area again.

Definitely recommend the steak. Best steak I've had in years. Great quality perfectly cooked served with properly cooked fresh vegetables.

Great local & authentic Italian restaurant, based in ground floor of the Glendale Hotel, that has been a mainstay of Penarth for over 20 years.Recently the main restaurant and kitchen have been significantly renovated in a tasteful way, which thankfully has still retained its great character.Great to go to as either full restaurant or just drinks & food in bar side. Food is all beautifully and authenticity Italian.

Wonderful restaurant, just refurbished, we booked for a birthday meal and it was fabulous, the specials were so good especially the stewed veal risotto and chicken breast and the pasta marcello and spaghetti pesto, the atmosphere is so nice, the open kitchen stunning, fantastic night out with great wines

Some of the best food ever and while not cheap, it's not crazy money for a decent meal.The staff are courteous and very helpful. The atmosphere is lovely with two main eating areas: one is has a hipster, jazzy feel while the other is more hipster nautical. But if you're not a hipster, don't be put off because the clientele is very mixed.I strongly recommend this if you're looking for somewhere nice to eat.
