Best Wok Chinese Takeaway in Tonbridge and Malling

Made an order online. Went to collect but realised ordered the wrong item and asked to change. Kitchen refused to change it so I cancelled the whole order and ordered with a different Chinese take away. Ridiculous they would rather throw all the food away rather than change one item. AVOID.

Love the ordering on their website, was able to pre order and select a time of arrival and it came right on time. The food was all hot and great quality

They do the best spring rolls, they call it big pancake roll. The crispy chicken with honey is delicious. Nice take away treat from time to time

Best chinese takeaway found since moving down from London. Food always hot, tasty and never have to wait to long for service. Staff polite and efficient.

not Sure it i've Just Been over Charged But for one Small meal cost me nearly £12.50 When the menu Clearly says Something different. I willBe calling ! Do they Charge for delivery under a mile away?

The service of this place is absolutely disgusting the Women Behind the Counter has no service skills and the way they speak to there customers is appalling. Owns do your self a favour and get rid of your Deadwood. But I feared this will fall on deaf ears as this disgusting examples of customer service have been there for far too long.

Won’t use again noodles so greasy and stodgy and the chop suey didn’t taste like chop sueyWe ended up throwing it in the bin, not sure if we caught them on an off night but it was the worst Chinese We have ever had, my wife only had two mouthfuls.Total waste of money and we both love Chinese food such a shame. Come on guys sort it out please

Always helpful staff. Have been going here for years and some staff know our order when we walk in. (we do usually order the same thing!) service is quick. Good food at reasonable prices. Would not go anywhere else for Chinese Takeaway 😃

In an open parking area, were there is a parade of shops. Is Best Wok, At night when I was hungry and no other shops were open, I attended the Best Wok Chinese Takeaway. The cost of the meals are on average the same price as other Chinese Takeaway's.The Food, I would give From 0 being Lowest to 10 being Highest. I would give 7. The good thing is that this shop is open at night when other shops are closed, so it is convenient if you Require a reasonable meal.
