Not for the first time an absolutely dreadful service. Ordered at 6.40 and told an hour which is plenty long enough only to still be waiting at 8.00 to then be told that they didn't know when I would get my food as there was heavy traffic. Never again!!

I have ordered previously and enjoyed the food but my recent order was very poor quality and I will not be ordering here again as I also thought it was not good value.

If I could leave 0 stars I would have done. Ordered food at 7.30, still not delivered at 8.30, called to find out why, I was told it would be 10 mins, now 9.20 still no food and apparently the shop is now closed. Awful service and total lies! Cant understand why?????

Great food. Always delivered quickly. Friendly staff. There are a lot of Chinese restaurants in Tonbridge and this is by far the best.

Worst chinese I have ever had. Got order wrong and when i rang I was told kitchen closed although it was only 830pm.

Phoned an order in by 19:07. Confirmed that delivery would be 10 min..... It's now 20:03 and still waiting. Tried calling but no answer 😲. We are now very hangry!

Lovely manager! Chow chow go above and beyond for their customers! Highly recommend the salt & chilli squid!
