Creams Factory in Tonbridge and Malling

Very attentive service and answered my question regarding vegetarian options straight away and pointing out the vegan ice cream that I had already noted on display at the front. Having had a terrible experience across the road at Bites and Melts 5 minutes earlier, i was very grateful for much better customer service and purchased a take away Mango Sorbet which I highly recommend.

Just taken my 2 children to creams and there waffles are amazing and ice-cream is the best..we will definitely be going back

Real Italian quality ice cream. It’s the best by far. I wouldn’t even consider going to any chain ice cream/desert shops!The Cream Factory ice cream it’s always fresh and very tasty, like you would eat in Italy. The service is always really good. Very clean and warm atmosphere.I would absolutely suggest it.

Worst milkshake I've ever had. I can't even call it a milkshake. It was just sweet milk. Order 2 for myself and my daughter. Two different flavors, so couldn't be a fluke. Will not go again.

Creams factory is a lovely breakfast and desert bar in the heart of Tonbridge. The service is first class and they even let you try the ice creams and sorbets if you aren't sure on a flavour! Very reasonable prices and a lovely atmosphere.

I love it in here - it's relaxed and has delicious food. It's a lovely place to come if you don't want to go out for a meal, or drinks, but instead you can just have an ice cream or even a massive plate of waffles or crepes!

Some of the best ice cream I have had in a long time! Would definitely recommend. Even the German Exchange students (who have their amazing Eiscafès back in Germany) loved it!
