Domino's Pizza in Tonbridge and Malling

Rang up with a query about ordering online and managed to get Liam who was super helpful and patient. Highly recommend:)

Food took half an over half an hour to travel 1 mile from shop pizza cold . Wont be using again . Avoid

Great service with a smile. Very polite and welcoming from this store. It is very small customer side so it is inevitable your be outside waiting on demand. I'm not convinced it was the greatest pizza I've had flavour lacking which is a shame but this is a one time use of the local area. Check them out make your own decision.

Still not accepting cash, absolute joke, as a long time dominoes customer I'm now never using them again, cash is in use everywhere else.

They took my phone off my best freind and then they said that they didn’t take it then police was involved and the police went though cctv and 2 off the worked got sent to jail for it

Well well well where do I start! They took my money and said they didn’t receive it we were then told to call customer services in which case they gave us 3 wrong numbers I drove down to the store to find they have shut the shop an hour earlier than they were supposed to do now I’m down £4.72 and the petrol/ insurance/ oil/ screenwash money it cost me to drive there so that adds up to £5.19 thanks a lot dominos NOT IMPRESSED!!

They have stopped doing half and half. If you are feeding a fussy family this will massively increase your bill. The reason given - it takes too long! Really? It’s hardly fine dining.Thankfully other local pizzerias will oblige.

Had a small issue with our order where something got made twice instead of two different pizzas, however the staff were really helpful and polite, remade the pizzas, even kept the original warm for us whilst we waited. Offered us an extra side as an apology and were just generally really helpful and made the whole experience great! Even around busy times at christmas :)Many thanks to the Tonbridge staff and especially Mada who served us!

So ordered online, turned up and the food was good.However the delivery driver literally dumped the pizza and ran. He forgot to take my cash, I called out after him but he just kept walking away not really caring!10 mins later the driver came back and was rude, he blamed me, had no change and was just bulshy and not very nice.I called to complain and the lady who answer the phone basically didnt care she did say sorry and said she would tell her manager but it was lip service and she didnt appreciate that a man coming to my front door (single lady) blaming me and being rude is not ok.We all make mistakes had he come back and laughed and said sorry etc that would have been fine but he was rude, blamed me and made me uncomfortable and the staff in the shop really didnt care.Will never use them again!

Upon discovering that I had received the wrong order, the driver wanted to switch the pizza orders after we had opened all the pizza's and side orders. I told him no way, I have been very ill with stomach flu recently and I didn't want someone else getting sick. He put all the pizzas very carefully back in his warming bag, I am sure he delivered that order on to some unsuspecting customer. I asked him why are you being so careful, why don't you trash them and get new pizzas for those people. He said, "Oh, I will.". Yeah right! I just ended up getting a refund. If I order from dominos again I will be collecting my order.
