El Mariachi in Tonbridge and Malling

Very busy which was great, good value and good portions, food was tasty , would definitely go back again.

A random trip to Tonbridge saw a visit to this restaurant. We went in the middle of the day and there was no one else in the restaurant.The food here was amazing. Nachos with the most cheese I’ve ever had (the secret to good nachos is more cheese than needed). Then the fajitas were perfectly portioned with all the fillings tasting rich and varied. Great value, would recommend.

Our starters were halloumi, chilli beef & a nacho dish. It was 3 for £12 which I thought was good however when I go back I would probably go without a starter as none really did it for me.The mains we had were steak fajitas & chicken fajitas. The flavors were lovely however it was a bit too spicy for me (which is obviously not their fault).The decor was fun & the staff were really friendly.I would go back as there were a few other things that looked good & I would like to try.

Great food, great drink. The staff were even better, especially Will who was fantastic. Made our experience so much better

Went there on a Sunday lunch time, chose the tapas type meal. 3 smaller dishes and 3 larger, The 3 small dishes where, chilli mince sampler with sour cream, salsa and hot spiced spare ribs and spiced sausage and king prawns, The 3 larger dishes where, a sort of spiced shredded chicken and tomato pancake, baked potato skins, a very hot chilli beef.... PLUS, sweet potato fries with sour cream, melted cheese, salsa and guacamole. We also had one pudding, deep fried banana and ice cream pancake. 0ne beer, 2 cocktails and a coke. Total price,,£62,,,,and well worth every penny !!!HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS FRIENDLY WELL RUN ESTABLISHMENT

Honestly, I don't understand how this restaurant has so many 5 star ratings. The service is good and restaurant decor is fun, but sadly the food is way below average. I've visited twice (to give the benefit of the doubt from the first visit) but been disappointed both times and won't be returning.

The best restaurant in Tonbridge. Perfect service - friendly, welcoming and attentive. Quality of food is excellent - great taste and generous portion sizes. Great value for money. The cocktails are fantastic. Brilliant party atmosphere. Absolute credit to DC and his team for running such a great place for friendly dinner dates to group bookings to parties.

Wonderful experience at the El Mariachi, we were two families, 8 people in total. Service was super friendly and fast. Very nice food and atmosphere. We loved the music and decor also. Very welcoming and they are really trying to make you feel good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. 🥘🥙🌮

Was not planning on visiting here originally but change of plans meant having our dinner here. I reserved our table over the phone although when we got there it was empty but I didn't want to chance not being able to get a table. Upon arrival we were asked to use the nhs covid app to check in which we did. I have to say this was one of the few places to take this seriously (that I have came across) . Very friendly and attentive staff. Even though we were the only customers I think they were still cooking for delivery orders. The food was fantasic. We had a beef burrito and a veg' tortilla both served with rice. With the guacamole sour cream and hot chilli pepper sauce it was tantalising. The starter too was lovely. Can't remember the name but it had chorizo. After that we were completely stuffed. Reasonably priced. There is Mexican music playing in the background and a heavy Mexican theme everywhere which all added to the experience. Well worth the visit.

Great place, music lovely, seating small and we was near toilets and kitchen so everyone was walking past us :-( meal was lovely.cocktail weren't the best but i drunk them, food was good price but wish bigger as was so nice 100% going back
