New to the area so thought we would try our local, All dishes were very good and delivered on time. Excellent service.

Food was very average, chicken balls were very greasy, Cantonese style pork was ok but a very small portion, ribs were just pure fat and gristle, there are much better chinese takeaways nearby

Have been using this chinese for a while and last few times its got worse and worse now to the point where the food quality is so bad i wont be ordering again!

We ordered from here last night was very appalled by the service we received. When our order finally arrived it was missing our main dishes, the currys! when I phoned up explaining I was told the wait would be 1 hour and 30 minutes for my curry's to arrive. When i mentioned the rice and chips going cold by then I was told to eat them whilst we waited for the curry's!! Assuming they then expected us to just eat the currys on their own with a spoon or a straw when they eventually arrived. My partner was spoken to very rudely by the lady on the other end of the phone, Refused to give us the refund of our meals so everything ended up going in the bin because who wants to eat just rice and chips!! The matter is STILL left unsolved! We have eaten here for such a long time and you have most definetly lost our custom we will not be returning. Not recommended at all, go to somewhere who actually look and care for their custom

Good takeaway. Food normally okay. Better to collect as home delivery can take an age. Also with collection you can pay by card. English is a second language, can be difficult to communicate if young lady not present.

Bang average food, looks a bit grubby inside and looks like it needs a refurb inside and out, no competition for miles so guess it's not a problem serving stodge..

PLEASE BE AWAREOrdered a Chinese tonight from Happy House in Burham at 19.15, was told it will be 55 mins. No problem, expected that on a Friday night. It gets to 20.30 and no food or phone call. Call them to see what's going on, my partner gets told "its on it way, we are very busy, bye" and they hang up. Now I found this unacceptable, so called them back. They didn't answer the first two times. I know they have phone/address recognition as they knew our address for our order. I then phoned again, they answered and put he phone down immediately without talking. This happened 4/5 times.I finally got through to them and was told the same, it's on it way we are very busy.We still have no food!We have been a fan of their food and using their take away for years now but find that this is not acceptable at all and won't be using them again!!!Well our order has arrived 2hours after we have ordered it. One dish was missing so we called them to tell them. Again very rude on the phone. Asked for them to refund or money and not to bring the missing dish.The delivery driver arrived with the missing dish and no refund. I asked for our refund. He gave our money back. Then asked for the food back which was on our plate! So we obliged. Never using that place again!!!! Stay well away! Also found a prawn in my chicken ball, along with the chicken!

Food is beyond atrocious!! Everything I ordered, including Lamb, Chicken, chow mein and chips has gone out to the foxes! Wonder if they will eat this disgusting food! It is not even worthy of a 1 star rating! This is by far the worst chinese I have ever had dished up! This place does not deserve to even exist!
