KFC in Tonbridge and Malling

KFC has the worst chicken ever it’s not even really cooked and is really dry it’s really bad

Very dirty toilets, very dirty place, no soap in the dispenser in the toilet and only one toilet working. Stay away!

Shockingly disgusting! This franchise gives KFC a terrible name! This store doesn’t stock chicken breast, but tries to palm you off with a drumstick. With no change to the price. Only to get home to a cold meal and find out they’ve completely changed my chicken to popcorn chicken. Scammers. Steer clear.

Absolutely no room to move, only one till sardine tin premises, long long wait, food good.

I always thought KFC was supposed to be fast food. I've been in 4 times and left before ordering because they're so slow. The queue literally moves slower than a tectonic plate, I wouldn't mind but there's only been a couple of people ahead of me....really poor.

Arrived and was cold but think was due to bicycle delivery ordered bucket and short of a piece of chicken and items all cold …. And no one to complain too either?

Ordered a family feast. Chicken dry as hell with a disgusting smell.. can tell its been sitting there for abit. Also stale chips..Next time will drive to Tunbridge wells KFC

Disgrace! salt levels are absurdly high causing an endangering raise to my blood pressure.They forget the sauce however fortunately it came in a pool of grease. will be going to hospital now as I dont have my 1.5L coke to recover from the high salt as they bloody forget it......

Got me and my wife’s order wrong , had to bin mine then served her vegan burger ice cold one side hot the other , then replaced it with same again totally useless , while this is ongoing I am listening to customers correcting foreign guy on till about their orders , never go back
