Larkfield Tandoori in Tonbridge and Malling

Food missing from order, when it did finally arrive it was probably the most tasteless Indian I have ever had! Certainly won’t be ordering from here again!!!

Would love to be able to review based on the food, but as its not shown up and we've tried to call the restaurant for the last 45mins with line busy continuously I can't! After an 8.5hr drive, not what we needed! Now an hour late and no way to contact them for an update, have given up waiting for it and chucked the oven on so we can eat at all. Review based purely on service/lack of delivery.

So we have just received our order and found that something was missing. Considering the order was for a fair amount and we are regular customers, we were not at all happy with the way this was dealt with by Larkfield Tandoori. When calling the restaurant to get this resolved, we were met with rude customer service, who claimed they were 'too busy' to deliver the forgotten food. It is no good having it next time as I am now without my main course, and instead just eating my starter and naan bread - not exactly filling, especially after I have PAID for the main course. It is not my problem that you are 'too busy'. If I have paid for the food that YOU FORGOT, then I expect you to deliver it ASAP, or alternatively, get it right in the first place. And now we do not know whether this is currently being rectified or whether I am just going without tonight. Quite frankly, we will not be using this service again and will be taking our business elsewhere; to those more appreciative and who actually care about their custom. Also, with a food hygiene rating of 2, I wouldn't be surprised if more people begin to do this too. Livid is not the word.

If you want cold and flavourless food with items missing from your order then this is the place for you. Beautifully topped off with rude staff who don't seem to care in the slightest once your cash is in their till. Take your business anywhere other than here for the sake of your taste buds.

Do not use this place. After waiting an hour for our food I rang them again to find out where my food was only to be told he was at our door but no answer. What a joke me and my wife was there and dam hungry;then a lady come on the phone and told me they sent it to the wrong place. He wanted to resend it and I dare say it would be the same food and when I asked for a discount for the mess up he offered me a 55 p discount of the bill of £20.55.i told him to keep it.please stay away from this takeaway.

I have ordered twice in the last fortnight from the Larkfield Tandoori via the Just Eat app. On both occasions my order was delivered earlier than the estimated delivery time, and the people that delivered the food were polite, courteous and friendly. The food had been properly packaged and there were no leaks or spillages. Each dish looked and smelt wonderful and, as they say, 'the proof of the pudding is in the eating'; I was not disappointed as the food was absolutely delicious. It is my opinion that the dishes are appropriately priced. Therefore, all important factors considered, I will most definitely be ordering from the Larkfield Tandoori again.

Ordered a takeaway through the website. It arrived without rice which we had been charged for. Spent 10minutes arguing on the phone that we hadn’t ordered rice until eventually adding up the items that we had paid for and agreeing rice had been included. Said it would take 45mins to deliver the missing rice, with not much of an apology. Won’t be using again

Have had 3 bad orders in a row recently. Used to order from here all the time and had no issues. Now I’ve had a rude delivery driver, who said the offer I used wasn’t for use on this particular day, he then demanded more money on the door and when I said I had no cash he questioned it. Then the last two times I’ve ordered it has turned up in a mess, containers all squashed and food spilled all in the bag.

Had a large order as friends round, some of the items were missing. And after we phoned them, they denied all knowledge of the missing items. I witnessed the call, but they wouldn't still admit they was in the wrong...what a joke!

Pathetic Service!! This is the 3rd time I have had an order that was short/wrong! Used to be good & as a regular user - I'll never use again! Prices same, quality fine, portions pathetic £9.00p for 11 prawns in tandoori soup, no special fried rice as ordered (oops sorry), greasy small x 2 samosas as starters.Seriously lacking now, highly NOT RECOMMENDED - Other local curry shops significantly better.Oh, yes, customer service well like them, rubbish, they had my number, never called back after complaint, never delivered missing rice dish...... NOT WASTING ANY MORE OF MY TIME HERE - be warned.
