Lovely Chinese in Tonbridge and Malling

Ordered food. Came home with the wrong order.Food was very greasy, every dish was full of oil woman taken the calls whilst I was waiting for my food. Needs to learn some manners, very rude ,

Website details say take away and delivery. Phoned to place an order for delivery… the rude women on the phone said “we don’t deliver you need to call someone else” and hung up. Charming.

They told me to pick up my food 3 hours after I had ordered for delivery at 1 am. Not happy

I rung and made an order for my girlfriends birthday, once finishing the order before I could ask if I could pay card or cash I was hung up on abruptly, I called back to ask the question and was told by the woman that she was ‘busy’ rude customer service and won’t be ordering ever again.

DO NOT USE THIS TAKEAWAY!!!!!!!I ordered a takeaway at 7 o clock. Told to collect at 7.50 at 8.20 I said excuse me how long will my order be. The extremely rude woman who works there said it’s still cooking. I said really I ordered an hour and 20 minutes ago. She waved her hands at me and said fine I’ll cancel your order and you can go somewhere else !!! I said this is disgusting you are leaving a family with no dinner on a Saturday night. She said what do you expect me to do. Go somewhere else. Such terrible customer service . This was the second time we had waited a long time for our food . The last time we waited 45 minutes after the time she told us to collect. One man had been waiting 2 hours!! I will NEVER use this takeaway again !!!

Very bland chinese food, greasy chicken balls, the chicken chinese style was insipid looking and tasteless

The food is 'okay' nothing special. The service however is awful. I called just before 5pm and was told to pick it up and 5.15pm.I arrived at 5.15pm and stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone came over to me.The whole time my food was in a bag on the side going cold.Whoever served me was rude and made me feel like I was being a nuisance ordering food.Just before I got to pay and take my now luke warm dinner the phone rang. She answered it and I stood there with my card out, mouth open and she took their order and walked off into the kitchen.She came back rattled off something completely incomprehensible and I finally paid. No thank you, hello, bye etc.I said I won't be coming back and she just sneered at me.Nothing was lovely about this experience

Family favourite for many years, tasty food, great service and reasonably priced

The best Chinese take away around. Great food every time. Could do with a face lift but don't judge a book by the cover. Service is always spot on and they have never yet got an order wrong. The chilli beef is simply fantastic and the duck is awesome.
