McDonald's in Tonbridge and Malling

One of the worst mcdoanlds I've had the disfortune of going too. Inexperienced, incompetent staff who shut the resturant at midnight because they can't handle that plus the 2 cars that go through every hour. Chloe is espescialy rude and I hope she gets sacked swearing at me when I was trying to get food without a car(which not everyone has bear in mind).

This is the worst McDonalds we have ever been to, fast food it is not ! You go to the drive thru pay then are told to wait in the car park for a few mins ? More like 20 mins we could of gone to a sit down meal in that time. And this is not a one of, 6 times we have visited same experience. Dreadful place never going again it would be quicker to travel to Tunbridge wells North farm to get food. I had to put a Star on here cos the review won't post otherwise, but you don't desire it McDonalds

Ordered two drinks, a small fries and a cheeseburger… waited 17 minutes.The other day ordered at 3am a chicken legends meal, chicken nugget meal, a chicken mayo and a triple cheeseburger and waited 24minutes. By the time we got our food it had gone 4am.It’s not exactly fast food now is it.The real kicker is that NOT ONCE were our chips hot. Utter joke.

No milkshakes or McFlurry, chips had no salt on them, burgers were luke warm, and it looked like they were throw into the box.

Visited via the drive through, was told to park in the car park and my order would be brought out. it seemed like 15 mins before I got my food and although the burgers was just about edible the fries was cold and went in the bin.

1 star is probably being generous! Waited ages for cold food! No disrespect should probably get some adults to help the young staff! Very poor!!!!

Ordered 3 bacon double cheeseburgers with extra cheese and was told I couldn't have extra cheese by the speaker voice.When I got to the window I asked why I couldn't buy extra cheese with the burgers and the question was so difficult the server went into a catatonic state and was then replaced by a more senior server who leaned so far out of the window she was more in my car than at work. I then received a food lecture about the ratio of cheese to meat being wrong if I added cheese! The cheese policeperson then asked me to wait in the car park for these 3 simple burgers. We then waited 22 minutes for them to be brought out. I had to move parking space three times to avoid being towed or having 'police aware' tape wrapped around the car.If I can no longer mask the dry cardboard taste of the burgers with extra cheese then I'm out!

Had to wait 25 minutes at my table, as the priority seemed to be the 'just eat' delivery persons. While I was waiting I witnessed loads get their food and go, before I got my food, to, which I had to go to the counter to get myself, in the end! If you cant serve to a table, don't offer it.... and don't forget the people who dine in. I was not the only one who had this issue here, either! Very poor service!

Very Very disappointed with the way in which I was treated, i ordered food through the drive thru which I was then told to park up and wait, I then waited for over 45 minutes in the car for my food when i tried speaking to one of the members of staff bringing food to the carpark he did not sound at all interested in what I was asking which lead me to go into the restaurant to speak to the manager and complain but as it seemed they had no interest at all and hercustomer service was not up to standard. Within 5 minutes my food was handed to me straight away I checked the bag but all of our meals were cold and not up to standard. I feel like they need new management and need training on custermer service will be not going there again😡😡😡😡

I dont think I can give a low enough rating, almost every order is wrong and or cold. It doesn't matter if you order on just eat, through the app of in the store, somthing will be wrong or you'll be left waiting untill the end of time. This time the burger was cold and no chips, last time it was fridge cold and the time before they sent a vegan wrap in the bag instead of a double quarter pounder meal
