Nancy’s Tearooms in Tonbridge and Malling

Great service, very friendly staff. They go out thier way to help. Serve lovely cakes, cream teas and afternoon teas. Also deliver locally. Would recommend them anytime.

We had a lovely afternoon tea at Nancy's Tea Rooms. The sandwiches, scones and cakes were amazing and the service was very good. Nice little spot by the river too. Would really recommend this tea room.

Good place for coffee tea and chinwag. Please restock the gluten free bread, jacket potatoes are a poor substitute each time. Otherwise, brilliant, keep up the good work.

We were disappointed with our experience at Nancy's Tea Rooms due to poor service and a sterile environment. The lady serving us gave the impression we were an inconvenience. We ordered coffee and cake, but unfortunately the coffees the spilt on their way to us. The server grinned and did not acknowledge this at all, so we had almost half filled drinks with the rest in the saucer. The cakes were fairly basic and slightly stale. The seating area upstairs lacked any character or atmosphere. Overall I would not return when there are other cafes in Tonbridge where a bit more effort is put into your experience!

Lovely tearoom and now has food, and hot and cold drinks to takeaway. The staff are always friendly and cheerful. Keep up the good work and hope you can open up properly very soon.

Lovely little cafe serving snacks, hot and cold drinks and ice cream. Perfect to while away the hours enjoying this little gem with great staff. Just off of the high street so perfect for a sit down during a break from the shopping.
