Nandos in Tonbridge and Malling

I came to the restaurant on father's Day so I was prepared for waiting. The queue went fast.The food was freshly prepared and the staff despite the busy time had a smile on their face and were happy to answer any questions.My favourite location due to the decor of the place and friendliness of the staff.

Cannot remember the employees name but she absolutely outstanding. Went out of her way to make sure we had everything. Making multiple trips to and from to get us different sauces and even made special some extra garlic bread as they had run out.She made the experience a lot better with her humour and bubbly personality. A lot more than expected of your normal nandos.

Great place. Nice staff and overall very clean. Waitress with blonde hair and glasses was extremely helpful and accommodating. Definitely would come again👍🏼

Wasn't busy but food still took a very long time to arrive. Chips soggy but warm, garlic bread was rock solid but chicken was good.

Food was lovely, you can't beat chicken for a meal. However there were a couple of waitresses that had obviously been doing it for a while and didn't feel the need to smile much and just asked the usual questions when you go to a restaurant. Just saying, a smile makes all the difference.

Awful. Dry chicken and items not delivered with order. Restaurant not interested in correcting the order so meal ruined. Nowhere near as good as all the other Nando’s.

We arrived just after 8 and hadn't booked, we waited literally 2 mins for a table. The staff were so nice, polite and attentive. Ordered food on App and it took about 10-15mins. When it arrived, it was piping hot and absolutely delicious. The restaurant was clean and tables were cleared straight away. Couldn't fault anything. Would definitely recommend it and will visit again.

Lovely atmosphere... staff were a bit slow on this particular day.We paid online for the order and Our food came before our drinks and nibbles arrived. Never have I had that experience at Nandos before.. we asked couple of staff for our drinks and they didn't really do anything until after the food came.

About half hour wait on a Wednesday at roughly half seven. Had no idea from the outside it was nandos tbh no sign to make it obvious but luckily I'd been there before. As always can't fault the food it was yummy, one waitress didn't know the menu as we asked for more pitta filling and she came back twice to check still she was very nice n get there in the end.

Lots of items missing from the menu which I know is a supply chain issue, but still disappointing when coupled with the luke warm food, dry coleslaw and 'mashed up' beanie in the pitta.
